I still think about that sandwhich.... absolutely delicious and balanced in every way. The bread is fresh and toasted yet soft, and the bresaola is best quality. The artichoke pie is also a MUST.

It was absolutely delicious. It was a bit noisy due to the large crowd and pigeons in front, but the food was excellent. The artitocs and truffle sandwich were delicious. I also ordered a glass of Procheco, and luckily, they poured a new bottle for me right away.

12/03/2026: Lived up to expectations! I always enjoy going there. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended! They usually serve food quickly, but the last time I was there, it was a little slower... but I preferred it that way to enjoy the evening more. The location still has that 1950s trattoria feel... wonderful! Everything is clean and welcoming, the staff is professional, polite, and kind.

01/03/2026: First time at this place... is that true?!? 5 stars aren't enough! We highly recommend this restaurant... we ate fish, the entrée was truly spectacular, the gazpacio was a delicacy, along with the olive that isn't an olive, and the fishbone that will truly remain etched in your memory. The pairings and dishes were successful; I think innovation and tradition go hand in hand with a masterful balance. The tuna is truly special, but so is everything else. Compliments to the chef and all the staff... the Sicilian touch is clearly evident in the Sicilian cassata, excellent. Impeccable service and a good wine selection too. We'll definitely be back; for us, it's one of the best options in Parma. The only downside is the parking... you have to make do with your surroundings, but those few steps to get to your car after dinner will be more than welcome. 😉
