Cena fantastica con crudi di mare buonissimi e freschi e antipasti misti della casa. Primi superlativi. Con grande generosità e disponibilità ci hanno fatto provare tanti primi pugliesi: orecchiette alle cime di rapa (strepitose!!!), spaghetti all’assassina e un risotto delizioso con crema al gorgonzola, rucola e mazzancolle. Servizio molto accogliente e massima disponibilità per ogni esigenza. Il vero piacere di fare assaggiare i migliori piatti pugliesi. Bravi!!!!

Impeccable service. Trained, attentive, polite waiters, doing their best to delight the diners. The food was impeccable. We ate some grilled fish and seafood, natural and tasty. The very logical price. Then they bring you lemon ice cream to bring out the taste. Many gluten-free options. Super recommended!

Always a guarantee, every time I return to Bari I have to have at least one fish-based dinner at Paolo's. This time the risotto with scampi and gorgonzola was amazing!
