It remains impossible for me to write a review on the structure and the services because I have not yet used the services, I will do it at a later time. What I would like to say is a huge compliment to the person who manages the reservations. Having made a mistake on the reservation, she was super kind in solving the problem for me. For its kindness alone it deserves 5 stars. We are sure it will be a top stay.

We stayed with smartbox for two nights. The room and the bathroom are spacious and clean with a large terrace, very good quality food....the service is also excellent with very friendly and welcoming owners and staff. I highly recommend it. As soon as I end up in those parts again I will definitely be back. A special thanks to the very sweet and helpful daughter of the owner.

Experience lived with a smart box for two nights and two dinners. Anyone who knows these boxes knows that the structures offered are not four stars but dignified realities. From Ovidio it is located halfway between Vercelli and Bidella on the state road, 400 meters from the A4 exit to go to Biella and suffers some traffic noise at night and in the early morning. Nice structure, more inside than outside, clean both the bar, the dining room and large and clean bedroom and bathroom. Mrs. Antonina and the waiter were very helpful. We ate very well with the smart box menu and were also able to eat the typical products a la carte (the panissa and the agnolotti del plin) with the addition of a few euros. If you want to visit the sanctuary of Oropa, Biella and the Vercelli rice mills, it is worth stopping there.

Abbiamo prenotato con Smartbox. Locale accogliente, pulitissimo e personale molto cordiale ed affabile. Abbiamo gustato un ottimo primo, un ottimo secondo così come per il dolce. Complimenti allo chef ed allo staff.

I stopped at this restaurant for the second time and for the second time it did not disappoint me. The food is simple but good, a €13 menu which also includes dessert. The service is in line with the fact that the lady, despite being alone, manages to satisfy the customer in an acceptable time. Good

The rooms are large and clean. The location is excellent if you want to go to Malpensa because it is close to the A4 motorway exit. The staff is very friendly and they sell rice which is delicious. Also worth considering for the competitive price
