So a great restaurant on top of the mountain in Tuscanyjust outside of Firenze. Worth the drive for great food and scenery. The owners are fantastic people. The food is awesome with a chef that cooks for you like you were in her home. Service is exceptional, always warm and inviting. Great selection and fantastic scenery. Sit outside in the garden, enjoy the view and some awesome wine. The drive from Firenze is short and enjoyable to to the top n of the mountain. Give them a try.

I only had breakfast there, but the cakes were a sight to behold and delicious. The owner is kind, without being overbearing, and the place has a typically rustic Tuscan feel. A friend who frequents the place often assures me the food is good.

The advantages of this restaurant are the well-prepared and delicious dishes, as well as the value for money.
The disadvantages are the uncomfortable chairs and, above all, the extremely long waits between courses.

Nice atmosphere, a lovely courtyard. There was a cat wandering around the tables.
I ordered a pinsa with garlic, as suggested by the waitress, to accompany the cheese appetizer. It cost €13, and a pinsa with garlic and a little oil. All the other pinsas, however, are priced at €12, which is very strange. Explanation: because it's freshly made, so the others aren't freshly made? Total: €66 for a cheese appetizer of €10, a pinsa of €13, two plates of pappardelle alla cacciatora, a side dish, and a dessert, with half a liter of wine.
