It was already late and we looked for an open place where we could eat something, a nice and welcoming place, the kindness with which we were welcomed, despite it being late, is truly immense....
Menu with the right number of proposals, the dishes chosen were really impeccably cooked and had a delicious flavour.
We will definitely return to continue discovering other dishes.
Price more than fair....

It is not on the mainstream tourism routes, but I assure you that this trattoria in the center of Apricena is worth a detour. I am grateful that traveling for work allows me to discover these hidden jewels.

Local located in the heart of Apricena. Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Really excellent raw materials and very well prepared dishes. From 110L the sweet "la dolce vela". We'll be back.

The Tradition that literally surprises!
We found this place by consulting Google maps, stopping on our way north. The place is very rustic but the dishes, the quality and the service are of a starred restaurant. Entrée of panzanella and very fresh tomato granita, really appreciated. We took a second each:
- Cube Roll with a kind of caponata of peppers and onions and potato mousse;
- honey-crusted suckling pig and crispy bacon;
- "Disonesto" gin-flavoured fillet with red fruit jam.
As a side dish, baked potatoes and chicory sautéed with a little spice. Everything STUNNING, nothing to complain about. To end on a high note we wanted to try the dessert: a simple biscuit filled with cream and covered in chocolate with dark wafers (I think the name is "Dolce vela"): simply SUBLIME. I also concluded with coffee and limoncello produced by them (space).
The owner is young and professional, but also very approachable and helpful. A place to definitely return to with any excuse. If you are in those parts GO THERE! You won't regret it. Well done!5⭐

No criticism can be made of this small restaurant which actually surprises for the refinement and care of the dishes offered. I was pleasantly surprised to see that for each proposal it was possible to have the gluten-free variant.
