Excellent food, with particular mention for the meat, truly delicious. Small place. Intimate, highly recommended. The waitress was very kind and attentive. Truly a very pleasant discovery. The service was a little slow compared to the standards, but then when you eat you shouldn't be in a hurry.

Forse il nome può trarre in inganno e lasciare l’idea di un locale informale, amicale cui concedere qualche indulgenza nella valutazione. In realtà questo è un locale solido, gestito in maniera competente e che merita di essere visitato per conoscere apprezzare la cucina (e le materie prime) locale. Siamo stati in questo locale ospiti di amici e ne siamo usciti soddisfatti. Meritevoli di particolare attenzione le orecchiette, cime di rapa, cardoncelli e podolico (ma molto buone anche le mezze maniche ai carciofi) e il maialino in crosta. Ottima non solo l’idea dei piatti ma anche la sua realizzazione (piatti che sono risultati godibili e mai pesanti nonostante il periodo di festa e la ricchezza). Non abbiamo provato i dolci che ci hanno detto essere molto buoni altre persone presenti in sala. Servizio informale ma anche competente e curato; porziini nella norma. Piacevole la location, adeguata e coerente con lo stile del locale. Costo forse superiore alla media o a quanto lecito attendersi dalla zona, ma vista la qualità generale accettabile. Da raccomandare.

It was already late and we looked for an open place where we could eat something, a nice and welcoming place, the kindness with which we were welcomed, despite it being late, is truly immense.... Menu with the right number of proposals, the dishes chosen were really impeccably cooked and had a delicious flavour. We will definitely return to continue discovering other dishes. Price more than fair.... Compliments.

we were there for lunch today and it was exceptional, in the Michele room and in the grandmother Peppina kitchen... the right combo for a quality lunch... highly recommended!!!!

It is not on the mainstream tourism routes, but I assure you that this trattoria in the center of Apricena is worth a detour. I am grateful that traveling for work allows me to discover these hidden jewels.

Locale accogliente con personale gentile e competente. Complimenti a Michele che ci ha descritto le pietanze in ogni particolare. Buono l'antipasto di Mariagrazia. Ottimi i primi in particolare troccoli funghi porcini castagne e melograno. Squisita la musciska. Ottimo il nero dì troia della casa. Se visitate Apricena e dintorni questa è una trattoria da provare.

Local located in the heart of Apricena. Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff. Really excellent raw materials and very well prepared dishes. From 110L the sweet "la dolce vela". We'll be back.

The Tradition that literally surprises! We found this place by consulting Google maps, stopping on our way north. The place is very rustic but the dishes, the quality and the service are of a starred restaurant. Entrée of panzanella and very fresh tomato granita, really appreciated. We took a second each: - Cube Roll with a kind of caponata of peppers and onions and potato mousse; - honey-crusted suckling pig and crispy bacon; - "Disonesto" gin-flavoured fillet with red fruit jam. As a side dish, baked potatoes and chicory sautéed with a little spice. Everything STUNNING, nothing to complain about. To end on a high note we wanted to try the dessert: a simple biscuit filled with cream and covered in chocolate with dark wafers (I think the name is "Dolce vela"): simply SUBLIME. I also concluded with coffee and limoncello produced by them (space). The owner is young and professional, but also very approachable and helpful. A place to definitely return to with any excuse. If you are in those parts GO THERE! You won't regret it. Well done!5⭐
