I had the pleasure of visiting the restaurant in Lajatico and I must say it was an amazing experience. The food is absolutely delicious, especially the fried rabbit is a dish not to be missed. The homemade desserts are simply divine, especially the salami dessert and the tiramisu. But it's not just the food that makes this restaurant special. The atmosphere is truly pleasant, creating an ideal environment to spend an unforgettable evening. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive to customer needs, making the experience even more pleasant. I can only give this restaurant a 5 star review. I highly recommend anyone to visit and enjoy a delicious meal in a welcoming atmosphere.

On a Saturday evening, the two of us spontaneously couldn't get a table, so we definitely made a reservation. The restaurant was also full on Monday. The fried pizza dough, free of charge, was very tasty, as was the Tuscan starter plate, as were the pasta al ragù and pasta con zucchini. The tiramisu at the end was creamy and really good, and the prices were reasonable overall, including for the drinks. The ambience in the interior has a minimal feeling of a train station. The service was very nice :)

28/10/2024: Een wijnbarretje met minimalistische inrichting en zeer klein. Binnen slechts enkele tafeltjes. Gelukkig was het aangenaam weer en konden we buiten plaatsnemen. Ook daar slecht 4 tafeltjes met meubilair waar je geen uren op kunt doorbrengen. Het is een bar waar vooral locals komen. De rode wijn was lekker maar de glazen niet passend bij de kwaliteit van de wijn.
13/10/2024: My favorite place in Volterra! Just good. Great simple food, great drinks. Great basement.
