An average trattoria in a place that was the birthplace of Andrea Bocelli, and therefore supposedly has a strong sense of Italian heritage, or at least claims to have one. The dishes aren't numerous, some absolutely local or Tuscan. Nothing special, starting with the appetizer, I recommend the mixed cured meats, which are quite generous with local produce and are pleasant to the taste. The same cannot be said for the prosciutto and melon, which is served with a hand-cut prosciutto that is tasteless, rubbery, and presumably old. The fried rabbit is almost entirely boneless, and the "peposo," a meat stew in a pepper and wine sauce, was drowned in vinegar, making it almost inedible. The house red wine is cold and undrinkable, and the white is barely acceptable when drunk chilled. On the plus side, however, they have a fairly extensive wine list, and you won't have a hard time finding something more than decent. Overall, you'll definitely find better in the area.

Totally loved it! The girls from the staff were very kind and smiley and made us feel comfortable! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere.....captivating!!!! Will definitely come back!!!

Nuestra familia pasó por un delicioso almuerzo en abril. La comida era simplemente delicioso cocinado en casa bondad. Nos encantó especialmente el guiso de jabalí y alcachofas fritas. Muy razonable precio y agradable para niños pequeños.

06/08/2025: An exceptional culinary experience! I was extremely impressed by the quality of this pizzeria from the first time I visited. Their strong point is undoubtedly the dough, which is matured for 3-4 days, and is not only delicious but also incredibly light and digestible—a true rarity. The selection of ingredients is of the highest quality; you can taste the freshness in every bite. One aspect I really appreciate is their attention to different dietary needs. The menu also offers gluten-free pizzas, ensuring everyone can enjoy a pleasant evening without worries. But this place isn't just a pizzeria. The rest of the menu is equally excellent. I had the opportunity to try both fish and meat dishes and was amazed by their impeccable preparation. Each dish is cooked to perfection, and the freshest ingredients are the real stars. It's important to highlight Monica's desserts, which showcase the love and care she puts into selecting ingredients, creating combinations that surprise and satisfy the palate with a perfect balance of sweetness, acidity, and texture.
21/04/2025: Excellent pizza, nice place, on Saturdays unfortunately service slowed down due to overcrowding. Be patient 😉

07/08/2025: A regular stop almost every day: this bar on Via San Martino, where delicious sandwiches, tasty lunches, and perfect breakfasts will happily accompany you through the day. The staff is always friendly and welcomes you with a positive energy that makes all the difference. The food is good, the price is right, and you immediately feel at ease. Highly recommended.
29/07/2025: A place in the center of Pisa where you can find everything! From breakfast with delicious cappuccino made by Giulia and delicious filled croissants! to lunches, ice creams, and top aperitifs!! Highly recommended!!
