Trattoria located near the Frasassi Caves, with traditional, good, substantial cuisine and excellent value for money. I recommend booking in advance and tasting the handmade pastas (the sauces are very good even if with a few too many bone chips) and the cantucci as desserts accompanied by Vernaccia. I would happily stay here again.

Characteristic place with a menu full of local specialties as well as excellent quality raw materials. I recommend booking, because the place is known. I will definitely return to visit him because on this occasion I wasn't able to have dessert due to rush, and it is very, very interesting.

Very good everything. Incredible meat: very tender and tasty. It grows excellent.
Very nice and friendly waitress with glasses!!
Long list of homemade desserts (the only one we didn't like was the basket with cream, a little hard and with little chocolate). Prices in line with the quality, but not too excessive

I went to eat with friends in this wonderful place after a trek to the Gola della Rossa
The restaurant is located in the charming village of Pierosara, near Genga, on a slight hill
Once you arrive at the car park you are left speechless, yes because the restaurant is located on a promontory from which you have an exceptional view of the valley and the Gorge
The structure has a rustic style, stone and wood, with homemade cuisine
The menu is very varied, mainly land dishes, one better than the other, all to be discovered
The house dishes are absolutely worth trying, yes all the local snails and the strictly homemade pasta with river prawns
But every course was truly excellent, congratulations!
The prices are slightly above average but they are worth it, plus the portions are generous
Finally, I recommend another homemade delicacy as dessert, the "baked cake"
It ends with a basket full of homemade liqueurs
Super top place!!!! It is advisable to book

Ristorante di tradizione, quella tradizione tipicamente anni 80 che ha fatto grande il paese. Si assapora l'enogastronomia del territorio ma ci sono anche variazioni sul tema. Non vi parlerò del tris di fonduta più buono che abbia mai mangiato o della coratella d'agnello che sembrava, nel taglio, quella che faceva mia nonna oppure dei ravioloni al tartufo delicati e saporiti allo stesso tempo o dello strabordante e passionale filetto di maiale al lardo di Colonnata ma, bensì, del tiramisù...che tiramisù...fatto in casa, si vede dalla consistenza della crema, dal sapore di mascarpone, alla giusta temperatura, con i savoiardi...come quello di mia madre...e la mamma è sempre la mamma!!
