A restaurant that you absolutely must try before visiting the Frasassi Caves, or any event in the area. It is a bit out of the way, but when you arrive you can enjoy a great view, an ancient village perched on the hill. Ample parking. Restaurant with a beautiful dining room but also with outdoor tables. A menu that offers many good things and also special things. I also recommend booking.

We ate very well, excellent service, typical place, fair price. We will return.

Very good with many seasonal and/or refined things. Truffles and mushrooms are great, but also wine, appetizers and desserts are not far behind. All the courses were of quality.

Excellent service and attentive to customer needs. I had the asparagus carbonara, a dream, too bad it ended before I thought of taking a photo. The mixed grill and arrosticini were also excellent. The baked ice cream was special, I chose it after reading the reviews and I was very happy with my choice. I would definitely go back.

A nice little place with tasty dishes, mostly local, not far from the Frasassi Caves site. The usual spontaneous Marche courtesy in an informal environment that is appreciated for the rustic space between the tables. It is difficult to indicate which category of dishes to prefer: from appetizers to liqueurs, everything is really tasty at a price (for us Milanese...) unthinkable.

Located at the top of a mountain, in a charming little hamlet with stunning views all around. Da Maria makes all food from scratch, and is particularly into truffles. The procutti antipasti comes with julienned celeriac in a delicious dressing, and amazing fresh flat bread, straight out of the oven. The tagliatelle with truffles is to die for, and they will happily split the huge portion between two people, as a ‘primi piatti’. To follow, I had a seasonal special of pork with fresh fava beans (broad beans), and my husband had the pork with berries - both really good, and so filling we couldnt manage dessert. On a previous visit, we tried the snails, from the ‘typical’ menu, and they were also good. The ‘open’ red wine is absolutely amazing! It is served in reused Chianti bottles and unbelievable value, at 3.50€ for half liter. Local friends come here as often as they can, and on Saturday the place was packed, so do book ahead. Service is friendly, helpful and efficient. We will be back!
