When I go rock climbing, this restaurant has become a regular stop. Family-run, it offers traditional dishes prepared with care and passion. The handmade pasta is exquisite, the desserts are incredible. The staff are friendly, the service impeccable. A place where you always feel welcome, and where I return, and will return, with pleasure every time.

Cozy and familiar place! The owner is friendly and welcoming. Traditional food with vegetarian options. Delicious homemade pasta, try the passatelli! Definitely go there!

Da Maria, in Pierosara, is a family-run restaurant that embodies authenticity and tradition. The extensive and well-structured menu offers numerous traditional recipes, enhanced by truffle-based dishes that further enhance the offerings. Among the appetizers, the tartare with quail egg, truffle, and gorgonzola ice cream stands out: an original combination, crafted with excellent ingredients. The crostini with quail eggs and pancetta, and the ricotta and truffle tartlet are also delicious. For starters, the pappardella with red wild boar ragù is excellent, followed by two noteworthy main courses: veal fillet with truffle and fillet with Colonnata lard. To finish, the house desserts—tiramisu, baked ice cream, and Sacher torte—are expertly crafted. In my experience (which I'll repeat when I return), the appetizers, main courses, and desserts were the highlights of the meal. The wine list offers a curated selection of regional and national labels. Good value for money and warm, friendly service complete an experience worth living.

Let's just say we were a little disappointed. The dishes were all over the place, being plentiful but, above all, tasteless: I'm not saying we need tons of salt, but the right amount, yes! We had pasta with wild boar (where was it? It wasn't there), tagliatelle with truffle (tasteless), and pasta carbonara (a revisited version). The desserts, crema catalana and the duetto, were good but not overly so. All for €120...we won't be stopping by again.

There were three of us and, looking at the many reviews, we came for lunch after the caves. The first courses are very worthwhile. I had a grilled dish, but I don't recommend it (two arrosticini + a dry skewer + a salted salami and a small piece of meat, "maybe lamb", 14 euros). I recommend the first courses with homemade pasta.

A bit touristy, I must say. The prices are a bit high for what you get (probably because you're five minutes from the Frasassi Caves), and on top of that, they served me pappardelle that were somewhere between overcooked and raw... I'm not a chef, and whether or not they're overcooked is a matter of personal preference, but finding them stuck together and almost raw makes it quite difficult to eat... otherwise, the place is pleasant, fresh, and rustic, and offers a variety of dishes, including handmade ones. The staff is a bit rude. Maybe it wasn't my day 😂

We had to wait a very long time for our espresso, and twice our chosen dessert was out of stock. The food, however, is good and tasty.

Piatti locali rivisitati, davvero buoni, in particolare ( anche se non locale ! ) il gelato al mascarpone che accompagnava la tartare . Prezzo adeguato .

Located at the top of a mountain, in a charming little hamlet with stunning views all around. Da Maria makes all food from scratch, and is particularly into truffles. The procutti antipasti comes with julienned celeriac in a delicious dressing, and amazing fresh flat bread, straight out of the oven. The tagliatelle with truffles is to die for, and they will happily split the huge portion between two people, as a ‘primi piatti’. To follow, I had a seasonal special of pork with fresh fava beans (broad beans), and my husband had the pork with berries - both really good, and so filling we couldnt manage dessert. On a previous visit, we tried the snails, from the ‘typical’ menu, and they were also good. The ‘open’ red wine is absolutely amazing! It is served in reused Chianti bottles and unbelievable value, at 3.50€ for half liter. Local friends come here as often as they can, and on Saturday the place was packed, so do book ahead. Service is friendly, helpful and efficient. We will be back!

04/09/2025: Beautiful farmhouse located on a hill in the greenery of the Marche region, excellent and tasty dishes of the Marche tradition. You can eat outside the farmhouse, which I recommend because you enjoy nature and the splendid sunsets.
30/08/2025: Themed dinner. The theme was "pirates." The à la carte menu was excellent. We ate very well, including the excellent starters, "pappardelle with wild boar ragù," the lasagna, and the soup. Then there were two Florentine steaks, 1.5 kg each, served already escalopes, which were truly spectacular. The entertainment was unobtrusive and very friendly, and since the guys with us showed up in pirate attire, we were offered complimentary cocktails. The prices were fair.

01/09/2025: A place we go to every year just outside Senigallia, located on a hill Farmhouse-type environment, truly typical food like my grandmother who lived in the Senigallian area made it
24/08/2025: Positive experience. A classic restaurant where you pay the right amount and eat more than well. Simple ingredients, well-prepared. The place is a bit noisy, but that's fine. You can taste the homemade cuisine, and that's fine.
