We arrived unfamiliar with the place, but it was a pleasant surprise. The staff were very friendly and the food was top-notch. The baked gelato was spectacular!

Located in a hamlet of Genga, very close to the Frasassi Caves. Traditional cuisine with a modern twist, featuring meat, mushrooms, and truffles. Prepared and original appetizers, homemade first courses, and perfectly grilled meats; all the courses were excellent. The desserts were also very good. Fast and courteous service; excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

The good food is well known, and it's been confirmed. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the young wait staff, and the simple yet impeccable service. I highly recommend it; it's worth the detour to eat here!

At Da Maria, the atmosphere is truly homey and the dishes are homemade. The service is fast, attentive, and welcoming. I tried an appetizer off the menu: the crostini with quail egg, pancetta, and truffle. Simply phenomenal! The tagliatelle with ragù are homemade. It's all paired with a perfect new wine recommended by the staff. And to finish, dessert, also homemade: a delicate and truly delicious crème brûlée. I'd go back a thousand times!

We dined in a warm and welcoming, albeit retro, place. The food was simple but good, with just the right amount. The atmosphere was very homey. The prices were perhaps a bit high.

24/01/2026: We ordered takeout for New Year's Eve dinner from Osteria Vino e Cucina: everything was delicious and top-notch. It was also plentiful and very reasonably priced. From the guinea fowl cannelloni to the sautéed vegetables, finishing with the crescia marchigiana and lentils with cotechino. They were punctual and extremely kind, accommodating all our requests. An excellent discovery in Staffolo.

21/12/2025: Tradition is the key word that identifies the restaurant. All dishes are prepared with passion and the flavors of yesteryear. Listing them is pointless, but trying them and taking a step back in time is what I recommend. As for parking, it's close by and has plenty of spaces.
20/12/2025: Despite the room being fully booked for our end-of-year company dinners, we ate as well as always. Good ingredients, well-cooked, fast and organized service. Friendly service and reasonable prices. We'll return during quieter times.
