21/11/2024: Excellent pizza, such good mozzarella, I haven't eaten it in a long time, really well made dough, I will definitely be back!
09/11/2024: The pan pizzas are very good, but the dough inside remains a little raw; It's a shame, because I love that kind of pizza, nice "fat", focaccia style. On a general level, however, they are good, so I will probably try the experience again.
Practically perfect round pizza: cooked to perfection both on top and bottom; nice full crust, fat, but not so much as to be raw (as in most pizzerias); pizza not too thin (tissue paper style), but not too big, even in this case...perfect; good tomato and mozzarella; excellent sausage (or so I thought) without excess pepper, perfect for my health problems. The only negative aspect: I felt the sausage, between burps and so on, practically all night, before I managed to digest it, fortunately I always go to sleep around six in the morning, so I was saved; I didn't understand if it had garlic or anything else.
Good coffee, but I would prefer it hotter.
Kind, helpful, calm staff guys.
Two out of three times I was lucky enough to find the place almost empty, so I was able to dine in peace and solitude, just the way I like it.
