Excellent grilled meat. Really friendly staff. The wait, longer than usual given the busy place, was worth it. I recommend it. The desserts are delicious.

I went to this restaurant for lunch, recommended by a friend who lives in Trieste, I would say that I had a good time, informal atmosphere, excellent food, we had an appetizer of cold cuts and cheeses and then a grilled meat accompanied by baked chips, friendly staff, reasonable price, I would recommend it to anyone who is in Trieste

Excellent pizzeria! The pizzas were excellent, with crunchy dough and fresh, plentiful ingredients. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. Excellent prices and tempting desserts, but unfortunately we didn't have room in our bellies to try them. Recommended!

We will return in the summer. We went once and enjoyed excellent pizza. We returned for the meat, exceptional dishes and meat of all types and tastes, truly a surprise. Comfortable environment and above all they also accept dogs without any problem.

One of the best places to eat meat in Trieste. I have come several times and am always pleasantly satisfied. The place is rustic and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, we had both pizzas, which are very good, and steaks, their strong point in my opinion. The choice is not very vast, but the meats offered are truly of high quality!! The quality-price ratio is also excellent.

03/07/2025: Small place that exudes a lot of history. Few dishes but of good quality, the service is friendly suitable for such a typical place. The advice is to integrate a paper menu with the oral presentation of the dishes. Overall a positive experience.
25/06/2025: We had dinner with 5 adults and children, great welcome upon arrival, orders and deliveries, perfect dishes, manager entertains excellently throughout the evening, excellent "homemade" dessert and excellent coffee too. Extremely low final bill for being in the center ..... we will definitely return ...

21/06/2025: I’ve been coming to Sartoria Burger Club ( Antica Sartoria ) for a while, and I have to say—the new management is definitely a big step up from the previous one. Everything feels more organized, cleaner, and the overall vibe is more professional. The burger? Genuinely good. Tasty, juicy, and satisfying—exactly what you want when you’re craving a solid burger. Plus, the fact that the chips are included in the price is a nice touch, and they’re actually good too—crispy and not overly greasy. Prices are fair for what you get, and you leave full, which is becoming rarer these days. Only downside? The waitress could show a bit more joy for life. A smile here and there wouldn’t hurt—but hey, everyone has their off days. All in all, a good experience and definitely worth checking out under the new management.
