14/12/2023: I have never given such a superior review before, you know that I always say the right thing. Learning, this is annoying because there is no Porchetta, cared for by him in his sheep's heads, and the cooking and the procedure which has always been our pride! I won't be the only one who regrets I promised my son who loves porchetta to let him try this excellence. Mr. Genobile, let this wish be a gift to my Young Man who has found himself facing a very intense period if she answers me I will come and take her heart with TT. but I can't come where she has the sorting and the butcher shop I don't drive. But here in Montesilvano mare I find her at the market! It will be a disappointment for many, but it will have its reasons. Thanks again. I await your reply, I won't bother you.
