An excellent experience, with friendly staff and quality products. The meat and fish are always fresh. Excellent wine list. Reasonable prices. Definitely worth a try.

The place and service are good. Good variety. I chose a typical Roman dish. A good first course, also appreciated by friends in the area. We'll definitely return and try it!

I had a mixed fried vegetable platter and a pizza at a place that was far too traditional. The food wasn't bad... I didn't order wine, and they charged me €4 a bottle for water. That had never happened to me, even at much higher-end establishments. The service was very attentive, however. I doubt I'll return because other places in the area serve better pizzas for my tastes.

Excellent and friendly staff. Prices are reasonable for the food, especially the fish. We returned the next evening because the selection was varied and the food was well prepared.

We were staying at the Rome Cavalieri Waldorf and the bellman suggested this restaurant. It was about a 10 minute walk from the hotel and we saw a couple of other restaurants on the way but were very glad we went here. Everything was good and rhe service was prompt and professional.

Amazing authentic Italian. A must in Rome . Everything so fresh and simple yet sooo good! We went there twice in 2 days. We had mussels, octopus, pasta, veal and the fish.

Una vecchia pubblicità recitava “una telefonata ti allunga la vita” ma anche un sorriso fa sentire il cliente benvenuto, rallegrargli “El core” e forse allungare la vita, in fondo quanto può costare un sorriso!? Comunque sia anche senza sorriso consiglio questa trattoria, buono il rapporto qualità prezzo

22/09/2025: excellent food, but unfortunately on 09/21/25 they had problems with the service, they charged me for things I didn't ask for (not much, 5 euros error) and it took them 1 hour to prepare the pizza, unfortunately it must have been the wrong evening, but excellent food

15/11/2025: I discovered the place thanks to Too Good to Go, and I've returned several times for lunch because the quality of the food is so good. Aside from the somewhat loud and self-centered owner, the atmosphere is delightful and the service impeccable.
09/11/2025: Right next to our hotel, we found this fantastic bakery where we ate excellent Roman pizzas and delicious vegetables (they have a deli corner). The girl at the counter was very kind. Highly recommended.
