A true culinary experience! I was at Ristorante Da Guido last night and was absolutely thrilled. I enjoyed a tender veal steak, while my wife ordered the freshly caught shrimp – wonderfully cooked to perfection, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. This was accompanied by a bottle of TOJO Melis Moscato d'Asti – a wonderfully light, fruity muscat wine that we both love. It paired perfectly with our meal. The atmosphere was relaxed, the service fast, friendly, and professional. No long waits – everything ran smoothly. The prices are, as you would expect for this quality – absolutely fair. A clear recommendation for anyone who appreciates good food, good wine, and friendly service.

Always a confirmation to eat fish at Guido. Excellent food, and always kind and courteous both Guido and his daughter. Always a fixed stop when you come to Campione del Garda. Compliments.

We went to da Guido in Campione based on the many positive reviews and were NOT disappointed 😀 Saturday evenings are a must without a reservation, at least if you want to sit on the terrace or in the front garden. So make sure you book early! The meal was truly delicious, the antipasti excellent, and the main courses truly amazing. Ristorante da Guido is an absolute must-visit, and it's way ahead of its competitors in many ways! Thanks for the lovely evening, and we'll be back!

Devi andarci apposta…non ci passi per caso. Già il paese Campione del Garda non è nei percorsi abituali, diciamo fuori mano, ma se decidi di “cercarlo” e fermarti a mangiare, beh non potevi fare scelta migliore. Persone affidabili ed accoglienti, piatti curati con una qualità superiore. Posso dire solo che sicuramente il prossimo giro del lago in moto sarà per fare un’altra tappa in questo locale, per me, raccomandato !!!

Ambiente molto curato, elegante ma senza esasperazione, in una zona portuale che sembra più adatta alla gente del posto che ai turisti. Forse è uno dei posti più ‘autentici’ della zona, quanto meno per mangiare pesce. Una piccola bomboniera (un po’ liberty, un po’ stile navale) in mezzo al nulla visto che l’area è fatta soprattutto di cantieri navali. Menu specializzato in pesce ma per me che ho una netta preferenza per i prodotti tipici del luogo, quindi in questo caso di lago, non trovo grandi soddisfazioni. Ripiego su degli spaghetti con le sarde, abbondanti ma a mio avviso troppo ‘asciutti’ e salati (13 euro) e su una trota alla griglia di buon gusto (16 euro). Con un quartino di vino bianco (4 euro) ed il servizio (2 euro) spendo 35 euro. Resto parzialmente deluso e con la voglia di riprovarlo in un momento e contesto diverso, per ‘verificare’. Se capita avrà quindi una prova d’appello. Gentile l’accoglienza e il servizio con una evidente predisposizione a cercare di soddisfare al meglio il cliente.
