We were in Orvieto on vacation and dined at Gregorio's on two evenings: a truly special experience.
Davide and his father welcomed us with great kindness and a very friendly atmosphere, making us feel right at home. The dishes are of the highest quality, refined yet authentic.
Homemade bread and pasta with selected grains, carefully selected and truly unique flavors. Every dish is special.
A special mention for the desserts: their pudding is a must-try!
We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Orvieto.

Truly excellent...
Fantastic location, surrounded by greenery,
as is the cleanliness of the place.
A family-run restaurant for decades, all the staff are polite, attentive, and friendly.
Varied and traditional menu... cooked with care and with excellent ingredients, simple, yet flavorful and prepared to perfection.
Nothing to complain about; everything was explained with great care and knowledge of what was to be served.
Excellent wines.
We had lunch on January 2nd for four people.
Thank you for everything... you are magnificent!!!
We will definitely be back because you truly deserve it!!!!

Had high expectations of this place given the Michelin guide recommendations. Just as mentioned by other reviewers, the tagliatelle were over salted, the pork infused with soy sauce was quite good, the meat balls ok but a bit dry. The pannacotta was a disappointment as it had no vanilla beans expected from this level of restaurant. I also noticed the staff were cutting bread with bare hands touching the bread which to me is unacceptable for a restaurant of this level. At the same time, the wine list is exceptional and the view is gorgeous. The service was attentive providing detailed descriptions of each dish.

A treasure trove of creative dishes, passionately complemented by the owner's expert preparation and his daughter's expertise, and a beautiful window that reconnects you with nature.
The service was truly excellent, the dishes were of great quality and flavor, and the atmosphere was very welcoming.
