Great place to stop and eat with a really welcoming and familiar cuisine

My place in the heart! Now with the guys from the trattoria da Gilberto (Edo, Alessio, Mario and all the staff) there is a partnership that goes beyond simple catering. This trip we go up in 4th from the scorching Bologna for refreshment and we find ourselves at the table in 0.2 with an appetizer that would feed an army (crostini, homemade cured meats, pickled bread galore) then I continue with ribollita and friends with penne with ragu and strigoli panma courgettes and sausage worth 10 elode. We close with mixed meat 2 x 4 people that we are already walled in and finally coffee! Adding two otelli total expense €43 and a trip to the lake included! I dream

Always a great experience at Gilberto's, beautiful location, beautiful landscape, excellent food, excellent wine, good service, fair price in terms of quality-price ratio.

Beautiful family-run restaurant and hotel, located at over 800 meters above sea level on the shores of Lake Brasimone. Enchanting location, fresh and clean air, excellent choice of food, local products and genuine wine cellar are a nice calling card, then the family management, the refined cuisine and a notable attention to prices do the rest. After lunch a walk along the lake is practically a must and I highly recommend bringing deckchairs or a towel to lie down in the shade of the woods surrounding the lake. Absolutely to try, absolutely to book in advance, especially on weekends. Finally, for any summer bathing, be careful to follow the directions and signs, as the lake is part of a hydroelectric plant and is still a lake managed by a dam that can be opened according to need.

Located near Lake Brasimone, you can take a peaceful walk along the lake shore before eating an excellent lunch. Truly recommended! All good

Noto ristorante della zona, posto veramente bello,molto frequentato, personale presente anche un po’ troppo i piatti nel complesso buoni grande delusione i tagliolini al tartufo slegati tanto burro poco conditi… nella media da riprovare…
