Friendliness and quality Excellent food, very friendly, helpful, and attentive service. The outside isn't pretty, but the inside is unique. They were also very quick with their service. It's definitely worth a stop if you're on a road trip, as it's right off the highway.

Ate well and spent the right amount. ✌🏼

It's fine for a quick bite. The fried gnocchi is good, but otherwise, nothing sensational.

A great place to stay, located off the highway, with parking. Seating is easy and service is fast. The menu is rather limited, with fresh pasta. €46 for two salads, two pasta dishes, a bottle of water, and two coffees.

When passing through Parma, a stop at Gianni's is a must.

We were looking for a restaurant with parking and we found 'da gianni'! The perfect place! Everything is homemade. We're from Piedmont but we'll be back soon! Highly recommended! ❤️

On our way back from the beach, and wanting to stop for a quick lunch, we found this restaurant on Google with good reviews. The food was very good, but with a small flaw: two cured meat appetizers for four people, but only two slices of salami for four. The table service was excellent, the waiters were very kind, and there was a small mix-up when we brought the first course, where one was missing, but we resolved the issue by not having it delivered. When we paid, we were charged for the first course that never arrived. We immediately pointed this out, and the very kind man at the cash register immediately refunded it. At that point, the owner intervened, rudely asking all the waiters if it had actually arrived. He didn't even apologize for the mix-up and inconvenience he caused. A good place to stop for a meal, the staff was very competent and kind, but unfortunately, the owner should change.

As soon as we exited the motorway at the Parma toll booth on the A1, next to the first petrol station, we were shown this place for a lunch break. From the outside it didn't look like much. We parked our motorbikes in the spaces at the entrance of the place, even though we hadn't booked (a place very popular with regular customers), in a very short time they found us a place. The owner and staff were very courteous, I would like to point out the young waitress who served us, always smiling, available to please us by providing us with precious advice. Place with vintage furnishings, very nice. Very good and well-kept food; while waiting, there were flakes of Parmesan and Parma ham that melted in the mouth. I ate a mix with very good vegetable lasagna and very tasty herb tortelli. Fast service but never pushy. A great experience that I recommend and an address that I have saved for future visits to the area.
