As soon as we exited the motorway at the Parma toll booth on the A1, next to the first petrol station, we were shown this place for a lunch break. From the outside it didn't look like much. We parked our motorbikes in the spaces at the entrance of the place, even though we hadn't booked (a place very popular with regular customers), in a very short time they found us a place. The owner and staff were very courteous, I would like to point out the young waitress who served us, always smiling, available to please us by providing us with precious advice. Place with vintage furnishings, very nice. Very good and well-kept food; while waiting, there were flakes of Parmesan and Parma ham that melted in the mouth. I ate a mix with very good vegetable lasagna and very tasty herb tortelli. Fast service but never pushy. A great experience that I recommend and an address that I have saved for future visits to the area.

Lunch break, on the way to Milan, excellent, even though we had not booked, they served us cordially and quickly. It is worth getting off the highway, it is 3 minutes.

We stopped there specifically because it was recommended, really great choice. Excellent food, the handmade stuffed pasta was really good, we took a plate with different tastings, I recommend the horse meat, it was really a discovery for me and I would eat it a thousand more times, always from them though. 😂

La Trattoria Da Gianni è un ristorante storico inaugurato nel 1968, situato a Parma, precisamente in Largo Maestà del Taglio, 43122. Ho mangiato un buon piatto di pasta e fagioli e ho anche preso un piatto di verdure cotte. Un pranzo semplice, veloce ma buono. Per quanto riguarda gli orari di apertura, il locale è generalmente aperto dal lunedì al venerdì, con orari che variano tra le 9:00 e le 19:00. Il sabato e la domenica è chiuso.

Da Gianni offre una cucina semplice ma di qualità, con ottimi salumi e gnocco fritto croccante che non deludono mai. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è molto vantaggioso, rendendolo un’ottima scelta anche per chi cerca un pasto veloce senza rinunciare al gusto. Inoltre, la posizione vicino all’autostrada lo rende particolarmente comodo per chi è in viaggio.
