Family dinner Excellent food, delicious thin-crust pizzas, and very friendly staff. If I really had to point out a flaw, it was the air conditioning turned down too low! I had to eat in my sweatshirt!

My favorite in the Gubbio area, don't miss the grilled meat, excellent variety, perfectly cooked. Professional and kind staff including the very nice owner. And it has now been completely renovated with important changes and additions to the menu.

The pizza is delicious and the waiter/waitresses are very friendly. The only downside is that it's too crowded. Installing sound-absorbing panels would definitely improve the acoustics.

A welcoming and well-kept place. The staff is qualified and extremely kind, and the food is excellent and high-quality. The owner is a wonderful person and a true host. We'll definitely be back, even though we live many kilometers away 😁

31/08/2025: If you're going to Assisi, Ghiotto Restaurant is an excellent lunch experience. Just a few meters from the Basilica of San Francisco. Don't hesitate to go there.
