I should start by saying that I've been there several times, but each time I enjoy a different dish. Perhaps the weakest point is the pizza, which is too thin—it feels like puff pastry, but it's actually very light. The first courses are very good, but the highlight, in my opinion, is the meat, which is spectacular. Every piece I order is always very tender and tasty. Excellent value for money.

My favorite in the Gubbio area, don't miss the grilled meat, excellent variety, perfectly cooked. Professional and kind staff including the very nice owner. And it has now been completely renovated with important changes and additions to the menu.

17/11/2025: A very welcoming and charming restaurant, with a slightly vintage feel, yet excellent for a dinner with friends or special occasions where you want a bit of privacy. I was there for a business dinner, and the service was excellent from the start, and the food was equally good. The service was friendly, polite, and very polite. I recommend the meat, and a good appetizer with a mix of local cured meats and cheeses. For dessert, I had a delicious tartlet, beautifully filled.
25/10/2025: The staff were very friendly and the food was high-quality (and plentiful). We came in as tourists but were treated like regulars. Highly recommended.
