A welcoming place, quite quiet, near Castel Arquato. Very friendly, prepared staff. However, after reading reviews, expectations were very high, however we found the dishes a little low in quantity, they were good but not exceptional.

A very characteristic place, it is no coincidence that it has been awarded the title of historic restaurant. The staff is very professional and kind and at certain times it feels like being at home. The food is really good, from the starter, with the tasting of local cured meats and cheeses, to the first and second courses.

Historic restaurant that serves typical Piacenza cuisine of high quality both in terms of raw materials and preparations.
Compared to the average restaurant, the quality-price ratio is excellent: you eat well, you drink well, you are served with extreme professionalism and courtesy in a classic and refined environment and you pay the right amount for the quality of what you eat.
Definitely not a cheap choice, but you have to pay for quality and in this case the price is worth the experience.
Reservation is necessary because the demand for tables is high.

Too expensive for a traditional restaurant. We spent €100 for a starter of cured meats to share, two first courses, a second course to share, a dessert to share and a €25 bottle of wine.

Non è la prima volta che con amici veniamo a mangiare in questo ristorante,e come le volte precedenti siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti in tutto, abbiamo mangiato eccellentemente dall’antipasto di salumi e formaggi ( strepitosi ), passando dai primi per terminare con vari tipologie di secondi, tutti veramente degni di nota,dulcis in fondo anche i dolci meritano un’applauso, il locale è semplice ma accogliente, ed il servizio decisamente all’altezza ,una nota di merito per Anita,che ci ha servito con simpatia e professionalità. Il conto in linea con la qualità e le porzioni. Torneremo sicuramente!!!!!
