As you can tell from the photo, I tried the stuffed calamari first, then decided to post a review. They were delicious, no doubt about it. The staff were friendly and the service was fast. We returned to Emilio's a year later. The rating remained unchanged, so excellent. The dishes have changed, but not the quality.

Definitely the best place I ate in Gaeta. Maybe the portions could have been a little bigger. But the food was good and I will go back on my next trip to Gaeta.

We had dinner here tonight, found a place only because we had dinner at 7:45 pm, it was already packed, and the guy who welcomed us gave us the table that had a late reservation so that we could have dinner without rushing. We really appreciated it. The pizza was excellent, we are used to the Roman dough, but we really liked this one. Perfect outdoor tables, we ate with the piano bar of the place next door, how nice. But how nice the atmosphere of the little square....you can tell we had a good time!?!?😌if I have to find a flaw, there is only one, they don't have fried food as appetizers, meaning supplì, crocchè, etc etc, but you can ignore it considering that the rest does not disappoint. Book it's better. Absolutely recommended.

La Prosciutteria

11/06/2025: I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant when I visited Priverno last summer. My girlfriend said that the carbonara pasta that she had here was the best that she tried in all of Italy, and I very much enjoyed the prosciutto included in our antipasto.
31/05/2025: We came in for a quick lunch whilst walking the Via Francigena del Sud, and we are so glad we did! Fantastic, homemade pasta, cooked perfectly. I had papardelle con gricia and my wife had pasta all'amatriciana. Absolutely delicious!
