Lunch was undoubtedly of the highest quality, with well-prepared dishes and excellent ingredients, capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates. However, the cost turned out to be decidedly high compared to what was offered, creating a certain imbalance in the quality-price ratio. The location, while pleasant, requires greater attention to detail, in particular to the cleanliness of the bathroom, an essential aspect to complete a high-level experience. It is a place with great potential, but it needs some adjustments to become truly impeccable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a culinary experience of excellent quality, as long as they don't worry too much about the bill.

Everything about this place it’s perfect, we ordered the foie gras and the artichoke as appetizers and the traditional bolognese pasta and pasta with duck, and the guineafowl. Every dish was amazing, the service is perfect and they give very good recommendations

Our favorite dining experience in Bologna! We got the chance to have our anniversary dinner here and it was beyond what we could have hoped for. We ordered traditional Bolognese dishes; tortellini in brodo di manzo, Gramignone, Poplette con pomodoro e piselli, and Scaloppina alla “Petroniana”. Don't miss the pumpkin sorbet with Balsamico or the gelato with almond panna cotta! Paolino, the third generation owner, was funny, charasmatic, attentive and warmly accomodating. We loved all of our visit to Bologna, but we would travel back if only to visit Da Cesari again!

Sono stata a pranzo con mio fratello a luglio per la prima volta. Locale storico e non rimodernato, per fortuna! I tortellini in brodo sono "fotonici", saporiti e abbondanti. Io ho preso spaghetti all'uovo con tartufo scorzone, eccezionali. Il calice di vino, proveniente dall'azienda agricola di famiglia (Sangiovese di Romagna), veramente ottimo (ed io sono molto noiosa al riguardo). Per finire una tenerina con salsa di cioccolato fondente, squisita. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Certo non servirà la mia recensione, ma da consigliare al massimo, anche per il prezzo, onestissimo.
