I discovered this restaurant purely by chance, and I was immediately impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the young chef's ability to describe the dishes he prepared. I also noticed that the chef was not only a good speaker, but also a skilled cook. We were all very pleased with the food served, and I personally returned several times to enjoy more of the delicious dishes. I definitely recommend this place.

The restaurant is well-kept and clean, and the food is very good. Table service is pleasant and professional, but the ingredients in the dishes were not listed for allergies or intolerances.
The price is reasonable for the location and the quality of the food.

We came as a couple and then with friends: we have fond memories of excellent cuisine made with the freshest, top-quality ingredients. The chef is on a whole other level compared to what we've enjoyed at many restaurants in Salento.
An authentic and high-quality culinary experience, which manages to enhance local tradition with modern technique and sensitivity, leaving us wanting to return again.

This restaurant is highly recommended, whether you're in the area or as a culinary destination in Salento. The quality of the ingredients and the high-quality cuisine are all at prices in line with the area. Excellent service and very friendly staff. A Delicate Experience
Dining at Amedeo's, led by Chef Andrea, was a Delicate Experience.
We arrived simply wanting to enjoy a good wine and a delicious plate of raw fish. We immediately appreciated the delicacy of the fresh fish. Andrea, personally coming to our table, created a beautiful and exquisite dish with cuttlefish, amberjack, raw shrimp, scampi, and oysters. Then we decided to try the fresh tagliolino with squid ink and chopped purple shrimp, which we shared between two people. Very delicate, very fresh, and obviously made by the chef.

One of our favourite dinners from our trip!
Charming outdoor seating, very romantic. The staff were friendly and funny, fast service although it was busy. The food was delicious.
I had the red lobster linguine (there’s an option of red lobster and just lobster and the staff recommended the red lobster to me as it’s local) - and it was delicious! My partner had the spaghetti with squid ink which was also lovely.
We finished with the tiramisu although the other dessert looked gorgeous, but we didn’t have enough space left!
