Absolutely fabulous fish restaurant. Amazing service, chef attends the tables himself. The amberjack is not of this earth. Go there!

Very good restaurant, so far the best dinner we have had in Italy, by far. We paid €40 per person and it was worth it. The service is excellent and the place is very nice, with a spectacular patio. Highly recommended

1. Atmosphere is amazing here, very cute garden seating.
2. The pasta dishes we had were simply exquisite. The flavor of the sauces and seafood was truly outstanding.
Would visit again without hesitation.

Very fresh and excellent quality fish. Very romantic setting and friendly staff. The only flaw: too many ants.

It is now a fixed stop every time we stop in Castro. Very elegant location, well-kept and welcoming typical Salento garden. Friendly and highly professional staff, not to mention the quality of the food, fresh fish and high-level presentation of the dishes. What can I say, for anyone in Castro it is a must to stop at Da Amedeo. See you next year

Enchanting place, an outdoor garden that is a wedding favor, the staff are well-trained and very courteous, 2 steps from Castro Castello, we found a place without a reservation, but if you want to eat in this enchanting place, I recommend the presentation, more than anything else so as not to be left empty-handed

Abbiamo scoperto questo posto per caso.
Bellissima la sala interna ma ancor di più il giardino.
Essendo giugno ed anche fine serata
lo Chef ha potuto ascoltare ed esaudire le mie particolari richieste alimentari.
Qualità del pesce ottimo.
La ricciola la sogno ancora.
Buono il servizio.
Spero di tornarci al più presto.
Auguro a tutto lo staff buon lavoro e tanta pazienza per la stagione estiva 2024.
