Amazing authentic experience Outstanding risotto

It was my first time eating at this trattoria, a Christmas dinner with colleagues. I was pleasantly surprised; it had been a long time since I'd left a restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed and enjoyed everything they served, choosing between both meat and fish dishes. I must say, the dishes were also quite sophisticated in their presentation, which is a plus. The portions aren't overly generous, but I consider this a positive because it prevents you from filling up on appetizers and the first course, and you can—at least for me—easily finish the second course and dessert, something I haven't experienced in a long time. I therefore consider this choice a plus. I detest the typically Italian habit of oversized portions, focusing on quantity over quality. I gave top marks both for the dishes I tasted, all excellent, and for the service, which was courteous without being intrusive and fast considering we were a group of about twenty people and the place was packed. I also gave top marks for the atmosphere, which was truly pleasant and charming. I will return as soon as possible and have immediately recommended it to friends and acquaintances.

As a Milanese, I can't help but appreciate this restaurant, which upholds the city's traditions, from the menu to the ambiance, unchanged since the 1970s, and even the paintings. Truly beautiful. I recommend booking to enjoy the tranquility and professionalism of the entire staff, who are definitely well-trained and helpful. The portions are moderately priced. An authentic trattoria, as there should be more of in Milan. This neighborhood is home to restaurants catering mostly to tourists and ethnic eateries catering to Italians. Here, we found a casual yet refined atmosphere, with a vintage feel. The risotto, which is served with the meat in the tasting menu, is excellent.
