D Napoli Maestri Pizzaioli In Trieste

If you like Italian pizza, like Napolitana or Sicilian, this is the place for you. The atmosphere isn't ideal. It's like a large hall, and most of the people who come, including the locals, spend a good quarter to twenty minutes there. We eat pizza and leave. The pizza is as described. It's not as crispy as you might expect from other pizzas. Of course, that also depends on the toppings.

This was my first pizza in Italy, and I can say I wasn't disappointed—it was amazing! However, there must have been a mistake with my neighbor's pizza, which ruined the already rather unexciting atmosphere... The servers were unpleasant and didn't seem to appreciate tourists... That said, I repeat, the pizzas were excellent!

We went here for dinner in the evening and had a rather mixed impression. The welcome wasn't exactly warm – our waiter was rather taciturn and not in a good mood. Fortunately, his colleagues were a bit friendlier. We sat outside, which was actually very nice, but unfortunately, it resonated quite strongly with sewage. One table was even right next to a manhole cover, and one guest complained about that, too. The pizza itself was really good, though – solid, tasty dough and decent toppings. Aperol on the side was perfect. It wasn't the best pizza of my life, but it was definitely okay. The restaurant is in the heart of Trieste and was packed with tourists. By the time we left, a line had already formed out the door – so it's definitely popular.

So let's get started. The service was very friendly, relaxed, and not pushy, just perfect. We sat outside, which has a special atmosphere; there's a pedestrian crossing nearby and lots of scooters. Overall, it was very pleasant. Okay, now for the pizza. The pizza was fantastic, very tasty. The ingredients were super fresh and top-quality. The Aperol was excellent. I recommend it.

Locale molto carino con posti a sedere sia all'interno che all'aperto. Il personale è molto gentile e sorridente, la pizza è buona, ma non eccezionale, non molta scelta. Una pizza romana , una margherita con bufala 1 acqua e un caffè abbiamo pagato 28 euro e 50. Vi consiglio di prenotare soprattutto se volete sedervi fuori.

A Trieste per un breve periodo di vacanza, abbiamo pranzato in questo locale che non conoscevo... Che piacevole sorpresa.... Personale gentile e premuroso attenti alle esigenze della clientela. Si mangia veramente bene... dai paccheri al ragù napoletano alla pasta con patate e provola.... Si chiude in bellezza coi dolci: torta al limone 🍋 molto buona... Prezzi contenuti e non esagerati. Locale adatto a tutte le fasce d'età, famiglie comprese. Se si è a Trieste in vacanza o solo di passaggio, questo locale merita una sosta.
