Wonderful experience! Excellent tasting menu with traditional, quality dishes! Great attention and kindness towards the customers! Very beautiful location; we had lunch in the internal courtyard. I will gladly return ♥️

Absolutely fantastic lunch experience! We had the beef tartare, Grilled pigeon and Tiramisu. All dishes were the perfect portion size, each with a unique and exquisite taste. The staff were very friendly, attentive and really made the atmosphere relaxing, refined and such an enjoyable meal. I cannot recommend this ristorante enough!

We had dinner at Cum Quibus, and it was a perfect evening. The food, the wine pairing, the ambiance, the service: everything was just perfect. Reservations are recommended, even though the three of us were able to get a spontaneous seat inside (though we were also very punctual). If you enjoy fine, regional cuisine, this is the place for you. The 5-course menu including wine for €110 per person was perfectly reasonable. The only tiny criticism: we had to slow down the service a bit, as they served one course at a time. The owner then explained to us that other Tuoris aren't as relaxed as we are and therefore tend to serve quickly (especially with Germans). However, our request was granted. Overall, a clear recommendation and 5/5 stars! P.S. The tiramisu was one of the best we've ever eaten.

The best restaurant we ate at in Tuscany. The quality of the food is very high and the price is fair. Excellent value. We ate exquisite quail and spectacular handmade pappardelle.

We had the tasting menu with wine pairing and loved everything — food, wines, and service. We sat in the cozy courtyard and just enjoyed the evening. Service was unobtrusive yet courteous, and you can feel the team and the chef really care. Every course was delicious. Only tiny note: wine pours in the pairing could be a touch more generous. Overall, outstanding — highly recommended.

Incredibile cena con mia moglie nel cortile interno di questo affascinante ristorante. I piatti uno dietro l'altro raccontano una storia fatta di tradizione e innovazione nel rispetto sincero dei sapori toscani. Ogni portata è stata in grado di rapirci con una ricerca di gusto decisamente superiore al classico ristorante. l'apice l'ha toccato il piccione con una cottura impeccabile paragonabile a quella di alcuni stellati. Ottimo anche il calice di vino in accompagnamento. Prezzi giusti per la qualità offerta e staff gentile. Consigliatissimo.
