Place in a quiet and cozy location just outside the main squares. Inside it appears a little confusing, with a modern, almost circus-like style, with combinations of historic wooden furniture and bright curtains.
Overall you can see the desire to be elegant, I would aim for that.
As a first course, two tagliatelle with mushrooms and saffron, good, slightly watery and not too tasty.
Maybe I would use some porcini mushrooms and review the balance between the flavors to give the dish a little boost.
Like a second Florentine steak, matured for 70 days, perfectly cooked: rare but not cold. Tasty and tender, slightly orange fat, really good.
Baked potatoes truly to remember, light and fragrant, not heavy, crunchy.
The manager is a truly capable and attentive person who transmits passion. Service of the Fiorentina cut at the table performed very well.
In essence, a place with great potential, if you fix something it can be at the top.

We had the privilege of spending an extraordinary evening in this esteemed restaurant. Each course of the tasting menu was absolutely delicious with a really well chosen wine pairing. The waiters left nothing to be desired (many thanks for the tartar) and were very smart. The atmosphere was delightful and calm.

I couldn’t think of any other place that combines landscape, architecture, food, wine, history, and hospitality in such a harmonic and sophisticated way than Toscany and it’s heart: San Gimignano. And if you want to taste and enjoy the essence of all this in one wonderful evening -like under a magnifying glass- then you come to Cum Quibus and/or Linfa and ask Lorenzo and his team to inspire you and make you happy. This is dolce vita on the finest Level! Just try the finocchiona salami stuffed raviolo here or the pigeon in the Linfa and follow the wine recommendations and you’ll see what I mean.

De beste restaurant ervaring die we in Italië hebben gehad. Verfijnd, smaakvol en kwalitatief eten in een zijstraatje van het historische centrum. Personeel dat weet wat service inhoudt en de tijd neemt voor de gast. Michelin waardig voor een lage prijs. Must go wanneer je San Gimignano bezoekt!
