I made a reservation for dinner with my partner and although we arrived early they didn't give us any problems. The room and the atmosphere where we were was calm and very comfortable. The food was spectacular, the truth is that it surprised us a lot and the attention of the staff was 10. When we return to Rome we will repeat.

We were there as a couple on Tuesday April 15th. That day we had a reservation elsewhere for the evening but this reservation was canceled by the Fork platform without explanation. So we tried our luck in the Cavour metro area. Because it is full of restaurants. When we left the station I saw on Google that this restaurant was well rated on Google Map, but there was probably no room for that evening. Being only a 1 minute walk away we tried our luck and after hesitation they admitted us. What a beautiful, impeccable moment we had. Everything from start to finish was close to perfection. We opted for the 4-course menu where we then had to choose from the menu, but eat the same thing. It all started with an appetizer offered by the house. Then the mini burger starter with beef tartare and foie gras. Then the pasta stuffed with pork. Then the lamb. Then the lemon tart and to finish we were offered a chocolate truffle. We took the food and wine pairing and we were introduced to, among other things, 2 types of wine that do not come from Italy, out of the 4 glasses that we each had. But they offered us an aperitif. For sure it is our best table and culinary experience of our 4 days in Rome and we will definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone we know in Quebec (Canada) who will come to Rome. Thank you very much for this beautiful evening.

A gem tucked away in a side alley at the bottom of a set of stairs. They offer set menus, à la carte dishes, and specials. From what we gathered, they like putting a spin on traditional recipes—the special secondi when we were there was a filet Wellington with lamb instead of beef, artichokes instead of mushrooms, and cabbage (of all things) instead of the pastry.

Good staff, good food, everything is great! If I had known sooner, I would have come twice... 8ㅅ8
It's really delicious. I was debating between a course and a la carte, but I wasn't really hungry, so I ordered a la carte. It was so delicious that I ended up eating 4 dishes and a dessert. The staff was friendly and the wine was good. I highly recommend it.
