Pros: quality of the food.. they amaze you with the flavors from the appetizer to the dessert. Really good
Service... it feels like being in a starry one. Detailed explanation and truly attentive table service
Cons: very few.
In my opinion the menu is perhaps a little too limited... even if I agree with the Latin saying "non Multa sed multum"
Maybe the price is a little high but you pay for the quality and service... so it's okay.
My favorite dish was the octopus. Terrific combination of flavours.

My favorite restaurant in Rome. This is where I come with my wife whenever we are in the Eternal City. We always take the (changing) tasting menu which is excellent and the wine package which is great. Elisa is the best sommelier in the world!

We tried the tasting menu. At least for me it's new, very creative and affordable dishes. The service is also impeccable. Although we didn't like all the dishes (obviously tastes are different), I would recommend it to anyone who would like to have a similar experience at reasonable prices. Then the dishes on the menu change from time to time.

The restaurant is kind of hidden in an alley off the main street, but what a hidden gem! The service was excellent. The staff was very pleasant and professional. The food was incredible. We didn't go for the tasting menu but we each had a starter and a main. I repeat, the food was incredible. And it wasn't even that expensive (of the three restaurants we tried during our stay in Rome, this was the best and we paid the least). I absolutely recommend it. But definitely reserve a table in advance.

Absolutely recommended restaurant. I went there a long time ago, but Google I don't know why never republished my review.
In short, I ate very well.
The tuna tartare (in the photo) was spectacular, excellently seasoned so that the flavor of the tuna stood out and not covered it (as has sometimes happened to me in other restaurants).
For the first course I had spaghetti with red turnip, anchovies and raw prawn, really excellent, the prawn had a fantastic flavour.
Absolutely recommended place.

We had an outstanding experience at Cuoco e Camicia in Rome. The ambiance is warm and elegant, perfect for a memorable meal. The service was impeccable—friendly and knowledgeable staff made us feel truly welcome.
The food was exceptional, with each dish showcasing high-quality ingredients and masterful preparation. The pasta and main courses were particularly delightful. The wine selection was excellent, with the sommelier providing perfect pairings.
Overall, Cuoco e Camicia offers a superb blend of traditional and modern Italian cuisine. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome!

Mycket trevlig upplevelse; bra, personlig service och mysig miljö. Goda, intressanta rätter i provsmakningsmenyn. Gott vin som matchade rätterna. Någon rätt var lite för salt för vår smak, men passar säkert andra. Vi rekommenderar verkligen ett besök och skulle gärna komma åter för att pröva flera rätter. Prisvärt!
