Très belle adresse,un accueil chaleureux et le staff est charmant et parle plusieurs langues. Le service impeccable les plats excellent, le vin également et le tout avec le sourire. On s'est régalés. Je vous le conseille vivement en visite à Florence. Merci à toute l'équipe pour tout. On a passé une très belle soirée. On reviendra promis 🫶

In ambiente raffinato una cucina studiata, non lasciata al caso in cui le materie prime di altissima qualità sono dosate con mano sapiente. Anche il personale di sala, mai invadente, è pronto ad accontentarti. Un plauso particolare al maitre che con simpatia e preparazione aiuta i clienti nella scelta del menù. Bravi continuate così

I was really happy to bring my friends to this restaurant. I've come here other times and the pizza is truly one of the most special you can eat in Florence. The dough is a cloud and the proposals all have a touch of originality. Coming here is a joy!

Everything really excellent. Environment, food, staff. The fact that there are many gluten-free alternatives is very positive, which is no small feat. Honorable mention for the grilled potatoes which are spectacular.

Absolutely fabulous. We had arrived in Florence and were on our way to the Basilica of Santa Croce. Famished, we stopped as it was close to the Basilica. We could not have been more pleased with the waiter, food and atmosphere. Don't hesitate to stop here. We shared Pasta Carbonara and some bread. Wonderful lunch! Thank you!

had dinner in the fine dining restaurant, was easily the best dinner we had in Florence, the waiters explained everything to us perfectly and their dessert recommendations were amazing. would go again next visit !

Had the BEST dinner in all of Florence here, cannot recommend this place enough. Slightly pricey (for a student) but well worth it, waiters were so lovely, atmosphere was perfect, the food was amazing and super accommodating for gluten free. Would highly recommend the creme brulee, one of the best I’ve ever had (if not the best).

Seriously the best pizza I have ever had in my entire life. One half of the restaurant is the pizza place and the other half is a Michelin star restaurant. A must visit if you are looking for authentic Florentine food!

26/01/2025: Thursday events at Saladier Vinci, we are back for the evening His Majesty the artichoke. Quality menu, cuisine and service dedicated to all lovers of this spectacular garden warrior see (Ode to the artichoke Pablo Neruda).
20/01/2025: I visited the Saladier for the first time today and I was absolutely enchanted! The experience was exceptional in every way. The dishes are simply delicious, prepared with excellent raw materials that enhance the taste and quality of each course. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and friendly, making the atmosphere welcoming and pleasant. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with special attention to cleanliness that doesn't go unnoticed. The environment is cared for down to the smallest detail, helping to create a complete gastronomic experience.

05/01/2025: Con alcuni amici che già lo conoscevano ho cenato in questo locale un po' decentrato. L'impressione dall'esterno è quella del classico ristorante di periferia, di quartiere, con insegna luminosa un po' triste e ingresso un po' squallidino, che ti fa credere di trovare, al di là della porta, un ambiente dozzinale. Quale sorpresa nell'entrare invece in un locale piccolo ma elegante, sapientemente illuminato e arredato con un gusto che si rispecchia anche nel sottofondo musicale sempre gradevole e mai invadente. Ci accoglie, con una cortesia di altri tempi, il sobrio titolare, che si muove nel locale con passo felpato e interagisce con gradevole cordialità asburgica. Tovaglie di tessuto spesse e pulite accompagnano un pasto delizioso. Il ristorante offre una scelta ristretta di piatti (preventivamente riscontrabile - ho scoperto in seguito - nel fedele menu pubblicato online), ma piuttosto originale e comunque varia, di ottima qualità. Assolutamente eccellenti i dolci di produzione propria, che sarebbero di per sé un buon motivo per ritornare. Prezzi assolutamente onesti. Decisamente consigliato.
