I gave full stars for the food, service, and ambiance, but overall I have to give it three stars, and I'll explain why. Here, you can certainly enjoy perhaps the best morzello in the city. The kindness of the staff is a strong point, and the ambiance is also distinctive—an authentic 1980s-style morzelleria. It's hard to beat. However, I do have one point, which I hope is constructive. At the entrance, a sign clearly states that dogs are not allowed, which is a good thing considering it's a place where food and drinks are served. However, dogs are welcome to enter, accompanied by their owners, and can sit at the table with them. I saw one in particular enter the kitchen several times with its owner. Besides hygiene, the quiet is also compromised, as the dogs bark inside the restaurant. Not everyone enjoys eating with animals, and such a popular place where food is served should pay more attention to small hygiene practices.

I went on a super busy day and they were fast, efficient and kind and in any case if they had been imperfect in something they would have been excused by the day but they managed to handle everything perfectly.

I had their famous morsello, which was delicious. The place is small, and you have to wait a bit to get seated, but it's definitely worth it.

Intrigued by a video on "What are we eating today?" while we were in the Catanzaro area on vacation, we decided to try their famous morzello. They had no tables at 2 PM, but you could pick it up at the restaurant for takeout, unfortunately without a pita and for the same price as eating in. Anyway, it was very good; we would have liked to come back for lunch on Sunday, but that's their closing day. The service was a bit slow; while I was waiting to pay, they were arguing in the kitchen (for a good 10 minutes). It must have been a stressful day.

The food was good, especially the house-made morsello, which was the reason I decided to stop by.
The day before, I decided to call and make a reservation, and a very rude and arrogant woman answered, telling me she didn't take reservations. When I arrived the next day, I heard from the lady in question, who was always very nervous and rude and would yell at all the customers as soon as they asked her anything. Unlike the other girl in the dining room, who was very kind and always available.

Thanks to Chef Rubio, we discovered this truly fantastic place. The waitresses are incredibly kind, the food is excellent, and the king of all, 'u morzeddu,' is absolutely delicious! Even though they use humble ingredients—tripe, heart, and lungs—you get a complete and unusual dish (at a truly reasonable price).

A typical trattoria. I had the morzello, which was very good, not overly spicy, and very balanced. The service is appropriate for a trattoria, but the ambiance leaves a bit to be desired; it could be more refined.
