We came to Ponte S. Pietro to dine here, and it was worth every penny, every second we spent. Locally sourced ingredients were cooked to perfection. Every taste was delicate and simply fun to eat. We specifically loved the lobster (amazing flavor, a perfect match with the tomato reduction and sun-dried tomato) and deer carpaccio (with beautifully cooked turnip, apple mousse, and black truffle). All the staff, including Maurizio, were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. All the wines he suggested were spot-on. I would love to come back again for the fish menu. It was a wonderful place, full of dining pleasure, and worth the trip. I'd love to come again.
