Wonderful culinary experience. Excellent quality food, excellent preparation and pairings. The plating was meticulously crafted, as was the service. We were literally pampered by the chef. I can't comment on the prices because the tasting menu was a gift from friends. We'll definitely be back.

You expect to meet the TV personality, but instead you discover a MAN completely in love with his wife and daughters. Completely in love with his work and the ingredients he uses, carefully selected and with a preference for locally sourced produce. There aren't many professionals like him anymore. At a certain point in our lovely chat (I called him "chef" all evening), he said, "Please, I'm just Sergio." But no! His simplicity conceals a relentless passion for his work and therefore for the role he holds, which absolutely must be emphasized!!! And so, he's a GREAT CHEF!! He found time for EVERYTHING: overseeing the indescribably delicious dishes, pampering every table, and even finding time to play over and over again with our little Irene. It's clear that, on top of everything else, he's a caring and attentive father, and that's not for everyone. In short, before the cooking, we must first praise the man!!! A huge discovery, and even though our wallets don't allow for this type of restaurant, I can't wait to go back!!! The experience is worth every penny and more!!! PS: Of course (trivial but not obvious), behind every great man is a great woman, and Laura, with her sweetness and attentiveness, even if she's always one step ahead of him... I truly hope I've best expressed my joy and what I felt last night... thank you, thank you, thank you!!! As for the food, nothing, really, nothing to complain about!!! The risottos, the gorgonzola (excellent) served as well as the bread, the desserts!!! And then coffee from the moka pot and bay leaf herbal tea with some homemade cookies that were AMAZING! And that's not all: "Did they bring you my popcorn?" Popcorn covered in white chocolate...speechless!!!! I truly leave my heart in this place!!! Thank you, Chef!!!

Laura, precise and attentive, guides guests through their dish selection. The food is of the highest quality, beautifully presented, and full of authentic flavors. The chef comes into the dining room, explains and narrates with a simplicity and humor that puts you at ease and demonstrates great intelligence and a love for food. I even consider it superior to some Michelin-starred restaurants and recommend it without hesitation!
