Raw material of an extraordinary quality!
Arriving from Turin, they recommended this place to try an excellent raw fish, I recommend the pasta with sea urchins and octopus. The owner and chef are very knowledgeable in recommending dishes and drinks to accompany them.

Excellent place, very welcoming and with a great atmosphere given by the soft lights in the outdoor area.
Helpful and kind staff with the customer.
Appetizer based on fresh and quality raw fish, you could smell the sea.
Exquisite first courses and rich in seasoning.
Honorable mention for the desserts based on local sheep ricotta.
An excellent discovery also suitable for tourists looking for the flavors of the sea that Messina can offer.

A truly unforgettable dining experience in Messina
While strolling through Messina, my wife Cibelle spotted the team at Crudo and Bolicine preparing for their opening and said, “You have to see if we can eat there.” I’m so glad we followed her instinct—what followed was a spectacular meal and a highlight of our trip.
From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The appetizer was fresh and beautifully prepared, the Pink Gnocchi was unique and delicious, and the grilled squid was cooked to perfection. We paired our meal with a Neri white wine that complemented the dishes wonderfully. To finish, the lemon sorbet was simply divine—light, bright, and full of flavor.
Chef Giovanni Amati, a well-known figure in Italian cuisine, has created something truly special at Crudo and Bolicine. His passion and expertise are evident in every dish. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service attentive, and the prices were more than reasonable considering the outstanding quality.
We will absolutely visit Messina again—if only to dine at Chef Amati’s restaurant once more. Highly, highly recommended.

We went to this restaurant for a Sunday lunch. The location is well-kept and the atmosphere very pleasant. We received an excellent welcome that continued throughout the lunch. The mise en place and the presentation of the dishes were very refined. The products were of excellent quality.
You can feel the attention to detail. The bubbles we consumed during lunch were excellent. We will definitely return because we ate very well and felt treated with care and attention. We absolutely recommend it.

-2 Tagliatelle with lobster already decomposed
-Dessert: Cheesecake with berries and Sicilian cassata from Messina

Offered: Amaro Amara and Unicum with welcome prosecco, bread and Sicilian oil.
I highly recommend the restaurant which has excellent service, prices and cuisine.

We tasted the raw meats, the Catalan and the lobster linguine. Each dish was fresh, well presented and full of flavour. The quality of the fish is excellent and can be felt in every bite. Attentive service and a pleasant atmosphere, perfect for an evening of good food and the right bubbles. We will definitely be back!
