Era la prima volta che cenavo in questo locale. Antipasto buono, ma paella non classificabile. Penso sia stata cucinata nel forno. cozze bruciate, gamberi troppo cotti, senza zafferano e riso sul fondo della marmitta annegato nel brodo Praticamente non aveva niente della paella. Il titolare ha concordato con noi che effettivamente lo chef quella sera aveva sbagliato tutto. Niente di male. Può succedere. Quello che vorrei rimarcare è la totale indifferenza del titolare nel momento del conto che non ha assolutamente fatto nulla sul prezzo, per scusarsi. Ha applicato il prezzo come da menù. Non ci vuole molto per tenersi un probabile cliente.
