Where raw materials and details are taken care of, tradition is combined with innovation, the result is excellent cuisine. This is the case of Trapani cuisine at Cous Cous, where you don't go to dine but to be pampered in an explosion of colours, aromas and flavors of the dishes. Thanks to Antonio, the Chef and all the staff.

Frequento questo ristorante da tempo, e non delude mai. Il cibo è ottimo e presentato sempre molto bene. Ottimo assortimento vini. Titolare molto cordiale e atmosfera piacevole.

Trovato con the fork e scelto per la distanza,a dall'hotel...scopro invece un posto dove i sapori ed i piatti sono un mix incredibile, nuovo e buonissimo! I proprietari, poi...gentilissimi ed ospitali! Si respira Sicilia in tutto...cous cous di pesce, un must...tartare di tonno e polpo allo scoglio fritto il TOP. Complimenti

14/08/2024: Old nice and professional Italian food , very good food and service.
11/08/2024: Informal atmosphere but stellar cuisine. Excellent raw material at reasonable prices. The fried tripe and the spectacular first courses (tagliolini, gnocchi and tortelli) are absolutely worth trying. The tomato soup and veal with tuna sauce are also good. The wine list is excellent.

06/12/2024: Visited due to TripAdvisor recommendation and didn’t regret it. The institution is located near Centrale. Prior Booking is recommended. The interior has got a sense of Provance. Light lavender decoration emphasizes that. The room is enough spacious for comfortable dining. I guess this is a family house. The menu is not very long but very interesting. There is something to eat and something to drink. Recomend to try three tartars. This is something really outstanding. Squids are fresh and tasty also. Advise to try Sauvignon by Kaltern. The wine is great. Service is friendly and looks about perfect. The prices are respectable. Boldly come and enjoy!
