A beautiful, chic, romantic restaurant. It exudes tranquility, but the decor doesn't transport you to Sicily. The menu changes, but the food is good and high-quality, taking you back to the restaurants of Trapani. This evening, the off-menu item was fried monkfish with vegetables; I must say, it was very good and flavorful. Their signature dish is the couscous, which was good but a bit bland. Dessert was good. The organic wine was good. The value for money was a bit high, but the ingredients were excellent. Chef Alagna, a handsome young man, came to the table to explain the dishes. The handyman (cashier, waiter, and maître d') was good and friendly.
I recommend booking with The Fork to save 20%. I had a great time and ate well.

Excellent food, service, and ambiance. We rediscovered the flavors of a Trapani-Erice vacation. Highly recommended.

I brought some friends of mine for dinner to let them taste the excellent Trapani cuisine. We had a good time and we tasted everything from appetizers to desserts. As always, the restaurateur always welcomes you with professionalism and kindness.

Last night we went to dinner at this restaurant for the first time and it was a wonderful discovery: a refined environment, a warm welcome, impeccable service and flavors that catapult you in an instant into the wonderful Sicily. I suggest trying the spaghettone alla chitarra with pistachio, lemon and Gambero Rosso tartare: it is something divine!

Second time I return to Cous Cous restaurant and I must say that it confirmed how good I had tried, excellent Trapani cuisine with quality raw materials, attentive and kind staff.
A fish Cous Cous this good is difficult to find even in Trapani.

Un piccolo angolo di gusto siciliano a Milano. Il ristorante si sviluppa in salette che rendono l'atmosfera molto accogliente e con il calore dei piatti e degli ingredienti è capace di trasportare il commensale attraverso un viaggio di sapori.
Servizio cordiale ed accogliente.
Il menu vario consente anche a chi deve seguire una dieta priva di glutine di trovare proposte adeguate.

Siamo stati a cena con una prenotazione the fork, nel complesso il locale è accogliente e arredato con stile. L'accoglienza è stata calorosa e cordiale. I piatti sono preparati con cura ma purtroppo la mia pasta con le sarde era poco saporita e sembrava un po "slegata" dal condimento, peccato perché il piatto in se faceva un'ottima scena. La caponata e il tonno laccato erano buoni. La panzanella di ricci non era male, ma troppo cara per il prezzo ( € 26 ). Il cannolo, un grande classico, buono. Tutto sommato una piacevole serata.
