Restaurant recommendation “Enjoy in Friuli” We can only say thank you for this excellent meal that we were able to enjoy for lunch today! The Tartare di Manzo is a highlight! Restaurant very renowned for its splendid cuisine, very elegant, impeccable service, polite staff, professionally trained and very helpful. A stop for dinner is recommended, you will not be disappointed. Always an excellent restaurant, we celebrated a birthday, it was a splendid party with the premises available and impeccable service due to the professionalism, competence and above all kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Congratulations with honors.

Company dinner, truly excellent food, welcome and special aperitifs, from knife-cut ham with Kren, salmon and mixed hams and cheeses. Dinner as shown in the picture, a beautiful evening and experience. Must try again!

Cena aziendale, cibo veramente ottimo, accoglienza e aperitivi speciali, dal prosciutto tagliato al coltello col Kren, salmone e misto prosciutti e formaggi. Cena come riportato in figura, una bellissima serata e esperienza. Da riprovare!

Ristorante Rueda Gaucha

03/04/2024: We were there on Easter Sunday and only discovered the restaurant by chance. Despite the low season, there was a notice on the door saying "The restaurant is full". It can't be that bad then. We tried it anyway without a reservation because we didn't want to keep looking in the rain. Restaurant was actually full, mostly Italians and a few Austrians. Nevertheless, the owner was able to get a table ready for us after a few minutes. Already the first positive experience. Until then, we enjoyed a gin and tonic at the bar. The menu is not very large in terms of both selection and format. The most important thing: three T-bone steaks of different origins for 8EUR/100g, which I don't think is exorbitant. You can choose bottled wine directly from the shelf, which I think is very good; I always prefer the tactile experience of a bottle to a wine list. Prices around 30-40EUR. The next positive experience. When I was choosing the wine, I discovered the highlight: the steaks (and fish) are prepared on an open fire. The only point of criticism: the side vegetables came a little too early and were therefore only lukewarm when the steak arrived. There was a large selection of desserts, tiramisu is always good and the crème brûlée came to the table scorching, espresso was excellent as it is almost everywhere in Italy. The conclusion was a nice chat with the boss (thanks again for the cake and grappa!) What can I say, completely satisfied and I wish we had discovered the place earlier. In summer I would definitely recommend booking a few days in advance.
