A unique restaurant in my experience and probably in Parma: experimental and original cuisine without the absurd prices or the rigidly formal attitude of a haute cuisine restaurant. Balanced and above all thoughtful dishes, with clear Japanese influences, starting from the Italian base. In a city where you eat well but often monotonously, it is truly a place worth trying. And many compliments to the dining room staff, competent, kind and friendly. Highly recommended.

A charming, unpretentious restaurant with food at what I would consider at the level of Michelin one star restaurants. We spent a little over 150 euros and had the best meal in Italy. Definitely a great place for foodies.

I have had amazing meals in the past from Michelin and James Beard award winning restaurants in the USA, but this was one of the best I’ve ever had across my lifetime. Over the 12 days in Rome, Florence, Milan and Parma, this was the best place we ate. Highly recommend ordering small portions (still very large!) and sharing them with the table so you have many different bites from the menu.

Gosh! What a wonderful find. We came here as it was near our flat, but it's a foodies heaven! The dishes change but on our menu we wanted everything! The staff were passionate about the dishes and will guide you if you want. We had roasted octopus and a duck salad to start. Both very very good. Then rabbit ravioli in a supremely tasty sauce and the best lamb served pink with creamed celeriac sauce. Dessert was a rose cake with zabaglione . Like eating nectar. Washed down with a lovely local red. Possibly or best meal ever!!

A lot of attention in the kitchen and in the dining room. Not good but very good. Flavors and aromas that made each dish an experience for the palate. Good wines. Not recommended but recommended.
