Excellent lunch! The dishes, in addition to being excellent, were also beautiful, like little paintings. Excellent synergy between dining room and kitchen, attentive but not intrusive service. What can I say.....it's a shame you're far away!

Locale in pieno centro, pochi e apprezzati coperti, curato nell’arredo, accogliente.
Menu non facile da interpretare, devi essere pronto alle cose particolari, descritto dalle cameriere in modo ineccepibile, cosa importante per capire i piatti, ottimo servizio.
Piatti curati non scontati, buoni!! Carta dei vini interessante dolci ottimi. Prezzo nella norma, da provare!!

I waited a few days before writing these two words. In recent years, especially considering the value for money, it is the best restaurant I have been to.
Dynamic cellar and very characterized by serious naturalness.
Experimental but not cerebral cuisine entirely devoted only to the service of the good and not the ego of the chefs.

Siamo andati con delle aspettative molto alte, e siamo usciti più soddisfatti di prima!
È un posto veramente che da speranza al mondo della ristorazione!
Il personale di sala è molto attento e mai invasivo, ottimo servizio.
In cucina c’è gente che sa benissimo quello che sta facendo, cura, ricerca e passione allo stato puro.
Abbinamenti particolari ma riusciti al meglio.
È un locale dove tornerei e tornerò sicuramente!

Every dish is an experience, the chef here is very creative, using local ingredients and turning them into a culinary delight. The cheese plate and the charcuterie plate accompanied by 2 chutneys were surprisingly different and delicious. Next came the rabbit ravioli, "Fuhgeddaboudit". Whoever said you can't replace risotto with barley, this was on another level, not to mention there was a portion of sheep tartare from a local farmer in the middle of that dish. And the grand finale was the pork neck in a soy reduction and an amazing apple sauce with grilled pak choi. I opted for a homemade cake "La Caprese", a specialty of the Campania region, consisting of white chocolate and almonds. As for the service it is home style. It's a bit like a sister or mother bringing you the dishes as the meal progresses.
