Recommended by a friend and wow the food was really good . We took the crudo antipasto and the house mixed antipasto which were both delicious with lots of selection. Also Linguine was excellent. Delicious thank you so much.

Excellent food, as is the wine, in a unique and evocative location. The prices are moderately high, but the quality of the cuisine justifies it.

I celebrated my birthday on Saturday. The food was excellent, as was the presentation. The paccheri with red shrimp and truffle was a delicious pairing. My only nitpicking point, as I mentioned earlier, was that the linguine with clams and bottarga was a bit salty. The guests were kind and helpful, as was the staff. The atmosphere, being a Saturday night, was a bit "colorful."

It was the first restaurant we dined at during our holiday in Sicily, and for me, it remains the best in Catania! The food is excellent, with meticulous attention to detail and rich in authentic flavors. The wait times between courses were perfect, allowing us to savor each dish at our leisure. The waiter who served us was extremely professional and attentive to our every need. I absolutely recommend this restaurant: a truly worthwhile experience!

Very good seafood restaurant in the heart of Catania. Staff very engaged and friendly. We had a great pasta with lobster as well as pasta with shrimp tartare and truffles. They had good french oysters as well. I recommend

Una cena tra amiche che si è trasformata in un piccolo viaggio di gusto e accoglienza. Siamo state da Corte dei Bischeri in tre, e fin dal primo momento ci siamo sentite coccolate e benvenute. Il merito è anche del proprietario, attento, disponibile e gentilissimo, che ha saputo accompagnarci nella scelta dei piatti e del vino con garbo e competenza. Abbiamo iniziato con un crudo di pesce freschissimo, elegante nella presentazione e impeccabile nel sapore, e proseguito con un’orata pescata in crosta di sale, che ci è stata servita al tavolo con grande maestria. In accompagnamento, uno spumante etneo metodo classico che ha esaltato ogni boccone. Tra le chicche del menu, meritano una menzione le ostriche, vera specialità della casa, e un piatto raro e sorprendente: l’occhio di bue, noto anche come “di San Giovanni”, che non si incontra spesso e che qui viene valorizzato con rispetto e creatività. Abbiamo scoperto questo delizioso ristorante grazie alla nostra amica Rosalba, catanese d’adozione ma di cuore regalbutese, che ci ha fatto un regalo prezioso. E come se non bastasse, il proprietario ci ha anche suggerito dove pranzare il giorno dopo, mandandoci da Re Carlo V in via del Plebiscito per gustare le tipiche polpette di cavallo: consiglio azzeccatissimo. Un luogo che unisce la qualità della cucina alla cura per l’ospite. Torneremo sicuramente.
