Ottimo ricordo culinario, ampia varietà di cibi e bevande. Tipico ambiente toscano condito anche dall'arguzia dei gestori. Non manca ovviamente la fiorentina. Passate da Pistoia anche solo per andare a mangiare da Corradossi.
