High-end cuisine, impeccable selection of ingredients and pairings. The chefs' creations delight the palate. We chose the "Origins" course. Each dish was an explosion of flavors and discoveries, often unexpected and astonishing. A special thanks to Chef Patti for the time he dedicated to us, and to Antonio, who accompanied us throughout the evening with his elegance, presence, and charm.

New Year's Eve dinner at Coria in Catania was a truly special experience, meticulously crafted down to the finest detail. The menu offered for the occasion was refined, balanced, and carefully crafted with meticulous attention to the finest ingredients. Each course was a pleasant surprise, with sophisticated pairings and elegant presentations that truly highlighted the flavors. The atmosphere was intimate and welcoming, perfect for celebrating the arrival of the new year in a relaxed yet exclusive way. The service was impeccable: the staff were professional, attentive, and always available, without ever being intrusive. The timing between courses was also excellent, allowing us to enjoy the evening calmly and leisurely. A New Year's Eve marked by quality, flavor, and elegance. A highly recommended experience, one to repeat without hesitation 🍾

We're publishing this review extremely late, as we dined at this Michelin-starred restaurant for Easter lunch. We chose the eight-course menu and can say without a doubt that it was a superb experience. We started with countless amuse-bouche, each more beautiful and delicious than the last, and with a delicious sfincione. The tasting menu, primarily fish, was an incredible journey of flavors and textures, with some dishes that have remained in our hearts and whose taste we can still remember even after eight months. The fondues accompanying the meat courses were incredibly flavorful. The pre-dessert with wild and sea asparagus was the most memorable; if we could have, we would have ordered ten more. The service wasn't up to par with other Michelin-starred restaurants, probably because the restaurant was completely full. Excellent value. If we ever return to Catania, we'll definitely eat at Coria again.

A truly exceptional gastronomic experience at Coria, one that will never be forgotten. I chose the "Origins" tasting menu, and it was a coherent, profound, and technically impeccable journey. The raw seafood is clean, precise, without unnecessary frills. The "Minnuzza di Sant'Agata" is an extraordinary dish for its balance and identity: the cuttlefish, its ink, and the vegetal components interact with intelligence and character. The breaded red mullet is striking for its elegance and flavor, while the "d'Amare" risotto is probably one of the most successful dishes: marine intensity, measured acidity, and great depth. The barbecued tuna belly is powerful yet controlled, with well-considered contrasts, and the catch of the day (especially the finest parts—tail and head) rounds out the savory portion with rare refinement. The dessert of buffalo yogurt, raspberries, and lychees is fresh, clean, and perfectly balanced after such a structured menu. Impeccable service, never intrusive, competent, and sincere. The elegant, understated atmosphere and cuisine speak for themselves: solid technique, excellent ingredients, and a personal vision. CORIA is more than just an excellent restaurant: it's haute cuisine with a distinct identity, without being forced. Highly recommended.

A fantastic experience at the Coria Restaurant. We opted for the Magma Menu, the most comprehensive. Sicilian tradition permeates the entire menu and is reworked, intertwining with the flavors of contemporary international cuisine. It's exceptional how each individual ingredient is recognized on the palate and how they combine to create an explosion of flavor. The service was impeccable, formal yet kind and friendly. Chefs Domenico Colonnetta and Francesco Patti introduced themselves to make sure everything was to our liking.

My wife and I were there this summer, it was truly amazing. We've been to many Michelin-starred restaurants, and Coria is truly amazing. From the food to the service, and a great sommelier, it's a truly beautiful location. The only flaw was that they let customers in wearing shorts and t-shirts (which is not a good thing for a Michelin-starred restaurant). Otherwise, it was super. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Michelin-starred restaurant and cuisine. We celebrated my husband's birthday with my family. The cuisine uses top-quality ingredients, with meticulous attention to detail in every dish, and is presented in an original way without neglecting Sicilian culinary tradition. The courtesy and kindness, which we greatly admire, are the icing on the cake. The atmosphere is refined without being overbearing, and with a touch of our homeland. Top.

04/01/2026: A very nice restaurant in the center of Catania, with a refined and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent food: pistachio fondue and an assortment of truly excellent desserts. It's a shame, however, about the organization. We had booked a week in advance, specifying that it was an anniversary and requesting a small table setting, a request confirmed over the phone. Upon arrival, the table was undecorated, and we were told there had been a miscommunication, but no attention or gesture was given to correct it. Excellent cuisine, but this aspect somewhat ruined the experience.
