This was just great. I liked everything. For what you get I would consider it a very good price. Im comparison with other one star restaurants it's one of the best I have visited so far. Can absolutely recommend if you are into fine dining.

Rich aromas and carefully crafted flavors; meticulous presentations; and a friendly, knowledgeable, and truly helpful staff. Time passes as hearts and bellies fill.

My wife and I visited Ristorante Coria in Catania for a special dinner, and the culinary experience was truly top-notch. Every dish was meticulously crafted, with excellent ingredients, sophisticated pairings, and impeccable presentation. The skill and passion behind every course are clearly evident. The service is attentive, professional, and never intrusive, seamlessly blending the evening with discretion and expertise. The atmosphere is refined and perfect for an important occasion. The only thing to note is the price, which is decidedly high: over €250 per person. This significant expense makes the experience more suited to special occasions than everyday dining, despite recognizing the excellence of the offerings. In short, a Michelin-starred restaurant offering extraordinary cuisine and a top-notch experience, a must-try for anyone who loves haute cuisine and is willing to invest in the pleasures of fine dining.

The restaurant and staff were exceptional, although the price was high, but it was a good value. Friendliness, professionalism, and delicious, original dishes. I chose: Linguine with clams, mantis shrimp, Bronte pistachios, lemon powder, and bay leaves; Rambling Mullet: saffron bread tart, wild rye, seafood sauce; Cassata with Modica chocolate, almond mousse, Ciaculli mandarin sorbet; Wine: Beleda, Catarratto Sicilia DOC 2015, Rallo Winery.

An extraordinary experience. For our dinner, we opted for a tasting menu, a journey that captivated us from start to finish, with dishes crafted with meticulous attention to detail, balanced flavors, and the highest-quality ingredients. The customer service was impeccable: we were pleasantly surprised by an off-menu dessert, a nice touch for our anniversary, a delicate and thoughtful gesture that made the evening even more special. Special praise goes to the staff, professional and attentive yet warm and genuinely friendly. Making everything even more memorable was the very welcome visit from the chef, who demonstrated great passion and care for his guests. It was certainly an experience we will remember fondly and one we highly recommend to anyone seeking haute cuisine accompanied by excellent service.

High-end cuisine, impeccable selection of ingredients and pairings. The chefs' creations delight the palate. We chose the "Origins" course. Each dish was an explosion of flavors and discoveries, often unexpected and astonishing. A special thanks to Chef Patti for the time he dedicated to us, and to Antonio, who accompanied us throughout the evening with his elegance, presence, and charm.
