The location is truly enchanting and the food excellent: the seafood menu deserves a full 10, both for quality and preparation. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking an authentic and refined gastronomic experience. One small point, which I believe could make a difference: it would be helpful to distinguish the area dedicated to relais guests from that reserved for external customers. Those staying at the hotel are often tourists, including foreigners, who—understandably after a day of trekking, sightseeing, and excursions—may show up for dinner in very casual attire, sometimes even with a dog in their backpack. The experience of those who choose the restaurant from outside is different: diners who have sought it out, selected it as a special place, and perhaps found it in food guides (including Michelin), expecting a refined atmosphere consistent with the excellence of the cuisine offered. The quality of the cuisine remains extremely high, but this mix sometimes makes the restaurant feel like "just another place," which would be a real shame. One solution could be to divide the two spaces, or—why not—introduce a dress code, to fully enhance the value and identity of Corbezzoli.

We came here for a special occasion. We tried the fish menu, but the vegetarian option also piqued our interest. The dishes are carefully crafted and delicious, typical of a gourmet restaurant. The staff was attentive and friendly. We'll be back!

The Corbezzoli restaurant in San Lazzaro di Savena is inside the Relais Hotel Bellaria. The access road in the evening is fabulous… a tree-lined avenue with light points to then discover a tropical garden that opens up, winding on several heights, water games, very well-kept flowerbeds and lighting make it a unique atmosphere. We dined inside because the outdoor area was not yet open. The room with soft lighting is designer, sober and elegant, of great impact, the staff very attentive, kind and professional. We received as a welcome entrée evo oil with soft bread and a small bowl with a delicate preparation of tomato, basil, on an onion base, sweet and very fragrant. Followed by amberjack cooked at two temperatures, warmer surface and fresh base, shrimp with crunchy salad, a Lugana from the Armani winery, tiramisu to share in two paired with Passito di Pantelleria, and two coffees. An experience to repeat. A truly unique dinner. Compliments to all the staff for the excellent organization. We will return. Highly recommended place.
