Top pizza! You must love Roman pizza (thin and crispy)! The dough is super digestible: I started eating pizza again after years of not eating it, so it's great for delicate intestines and slow, difficult digestion!

Everything is perfect, a unique pizza, huge, thin, and crispy. EXCELLENT!! A guarantee!! But my ONLY criticism, and I hate to make it, is about the chairs. If you look at the cushions, you'll want to leave. If it weren't for the excellent pizza, I would! The chair cushions are worn, stained, and torn from wear. A simple chair cover would be enough to make sitting more comfortable. I hope this advice will be taken into consideration.

09/06/2025: I received a fantastic recommendation with tasting for local and high quality olive oil. The shop owner and the shop is very authentic and charming.
27/05/2025: We found “Evo di Eva” by chance while walking and we immediately understood that it was a small excellence! In addition to having eaten very well (including the best caprese of recent times with buffalo mozzarella from Cuneo), we discovered Eva, a truly kind and competent person. We will return and we have elected this small place as our favorite place.

14/08/2025: I'm on vacation passing through Ivrea, and I received an invitation from a dear friend for pizza tonight. A welcoming and charming place. The pizza was truly delicious. I had a great time, thanks to all the staff at Pizza Vip!
08/08/2025: The best pizza we've ever eaten! 🍕🔥 We went to Liviu Sava's Pizza VIP in Ivrea and... what can I say? There aren't enough words to describe how good the pizza was. So good we devoured it without even thinking about taking a photo—and that says it all! Perfect dough, super-fresh ingredients, flavor combinations worthy of true connoisseurs. Every bite was an explosion of flavor. You can taste the passion and care behind every pizza that comes out of the oven. But it's not just the food: Liviu is a wonderful man, kind, welcoming, one of those who makes you feel at home from the first moment. The atmosphere is simple, authentic, and precisely for this reason, special. We'll definitely be back soon, because a pizza like this is unforgettable.
