The food is really good...the tagliata in particular is very tender and tasty...excellent service. Giovanni is very efficient, fast, and excellent at giving advice!! We'll gladly return and recommend it.

Welcoming location... small... it looks a bit like a five-star mechanic's shop 😁 We ate very well, from the cold cuts and cheese platter to the fillet steak to the pizza... excellent service. The only downside is the lack of ventilation and excessive smoke. Highly recommended.

"Coppola Rossa" is one of the best places in Matera to enjoy high-quality meat, perfectly enhanced by on-site processing, and at a fair price. Located on the outskirts of Matera, the restaurant is worth a visit to try some of the more unusual meats, such as the venison, which I recommend. Recommended specialties are the tartare, especially the one with avocado cream. The meat is very well prepared, but could perhaps be improved with the use of specific types of salt, and certainly with more carefully seasoned side dishes. My review is nevertheless very positive and enthusiastic. This restaurant is close to my heart not only for the chef's dedication, but also for the passion of all the staff who work there, with their heads down and a great spirit of sacrifice. You have my highest praise. The restaurant is well-decorated, with perfectly chosen lighting, and clean. Service is fast, although it does slow down due to the large crowds, but that's completely normal. Well done.

A restaurant located just outside Matera, perfect for an evening with friends. We visited as a group and tried several options: the meat was truly excellent, top-quality, and cooked to perfection. The pizza was also very good, as were the pasta dishes, which were tasty and well-prepared. The service was friendly and the atmosphere pleasant. A place definitely worth a visit, we highly recommend it.

Coming to Coppola Rossa is always a safe bet. With affordable prices, the tagliata is excellent and tender, accompanied by quality ingredients, and costs €15. In short: if you want to eat top-quality meat, I can assure you that this place never disappoints, both for the deliciousness of the dishes and for the kindness and friendliness with which the waiters treat you. Approved.
