21/03/2025: A wonderful discovery. I consider Fermento one of the best pizzerias in Bisceglie, if not the best! Top quality ingredients. I will be back very soon. Photo? Too late, the pizza was already half done.

07/02/2025: Takeaway pizza for the first time. Arrived wonderfully, light dough, fresh produce and plentiful seasoning. Very good, a great discovery..
