Copa Pan In Bisceglie

It was a real surprise to wander around Bisceglie's historic center and find the (new) Copa Pan with a new menu. We enjoyed the Ciccio (as pictured) and the Bud Spencer hamburger and black beans dish. The menu is definitely more varied than when I was younger, and I'd say it's much improved. We'll definitely return to try other dishes. Perhaps the staff is a bit short due to the many tables, but that's obviously just my opinion.

Looooong menu, full of options. It's an easy place for toasts, pizzas, paninis and more, quick service, quite big and easy ambient. Pizzas are not their forte (rather opt for ciccio) but if you need an easy place, this is it! Good quality/price ratio.

In Bisceglie, next to the castle, a restaurant with an unusually large garden. We have had dinner here several times with friends, family, and children. When we walked there early in the evening with my grandchildren, I asked when we could have dinner. It turned out that we would have to wait for another hour. My grandchildren were in despair... the waiters didn't understand a word they said, but they saw their little faces, so they immediately offered to sit us down and soon brought our pizzas🥰 Every time we got delicious food! thanks to the smiling chef for that 😍 It's worth looking carefully at the menu, because the selection is huge! 😃 The waiters and the chef are both nice, smiling, helpful, and fast. Every time we walked by, they greeted us from afar, the kids with a "give me a five" 😃 To sum up: if you want a divine pizza in a spacious garden area, with nice waiters, come to them!!!

I've been a customer for almost 20 years (I used to go there often at the old location, too). Excellent food, a family atmosphere, and good prices. I recommend it.

On June 17, 2025, my wife and I wanted to have dinner around 6:00 p.m. We asked at a few restaurants at the harbor, but none of them opened until 8:00 p.m. So we left the harbor and, hungry, headed into the old town. Two young ladies had just started preparing the outdoor area of the Copa Pan restaurant. When we asked, they also said 8:00 p.m. They called over to their head chef to say we were hungry. He responded immediately, offered us pizza, and the two ladies set a table for us two hours before opening time. We had already been traveling in Italy for six weeks at this point. We had not eaten better pizza anywhere else on our trip. The staff were friendly and accommodating; we had thoroughly enjoyed being guests at Copa Pan.

A great experience, both the food was delicious and high quality, but also the staff was welcoming! The best! 👍🏻😍

A good pizza. the environment is also spacious. Maybe a little noisy but still a good place. To return
