28/08/2025: Of all the fine dining experiences I've had to date, this is undoubtedly the best. At Pashà, I found not only delicious food, but also attentive service and friendly, approachable staff. The tasting menu is incredible: I tasted the flavors of Puglia, but underneath, greeting me from afar like a silent old friend, were also the flavors of my homeland, Sicily, which is also the birthplace of the brilliant chef. One Michelin star is truly too few: you deserve the second without batting an eyelid. Keep going, and thank you for everything ❤️
25/08/2025: Tasting from €170 per person. Some dishes were delicious, others were good, and others I didn't like! The service needs to improve to live up to the star, and the cuisine needs more maturity! Overall, a fairly positive experience.

02/05/2025: A very nice farmhouse, completely surrounded by greenery, far from traffic and city chaos and very well looked after. There are around fifty seats, in my opinion synonymous with respect and attention towards the customer. The cuisine is typical local, the (local) products fresh and genuine, which tell the story and tradition of this place and of the owners, who are very welcoming, kind and helpful. The staff is young and dynamic. Really good, everyone. Here you can breathe the scent of times gone by and when you taste the dishes, you can't help but think of our beautiful land and your roots. We had a really good time. Highly recommended! See you soon
