An experience worth trying. Refined dishes with unique flavours. The entire menu is playful and every dish is a surprise. truly recommended

Location recently renovated internally, colourful, sophisticated but not necessarily formal and very well looked after; truly pleasant and relaxing environment and atmosphere (from the furnishings to the choice of music) Impeccable service and presence; all the young staff who accompanied us along the route were courteous, professional and attentive. A special thanks to Janira, a prominent personality in the room and truly welcome (taking nothing away from all the others who were truly impeccable!) We opted for the "reflex" tasting menu with, as an accompaniment, a 5-glass wine tasting What can I say, tasty dishes, thought out and taken care of in every detail Glasses designed and perfectly matched (the option of being able to do a tasting in combination with the menu of 3.5 or 7 glasses is very welcome) A special thank you for being able to make me live this experience despite my food intolerances and restrictions It's difficult to comment on the best or favorite course, especially as you don't want to "spoil" anyone who hasn't been able to enjoy it yet! (Not knowing what you are going to eat is an integral part of the experience itself) Overall definitely an experience, more than a dinner! Thank you also for the special attention shown for our special occasion We will definitely be back!

Everything was really fantastic, we will definitely be back, it was a stratospheric trip, the guys in a poetic way make you dream about each course, describing it maniacally and playing around with some dishes, everything was really excellent, very good

We tried the 10-step "Reflex" menu. As soon as we entered we asked to say hello to the Chef, they welcomed us into the kitchen and the Chef was really very kind. We noticed a very elegant environment, at the same time all the staff tried from the beginning to make us feel at home. Every dish we tasted amazed us both in terms of taste, presentation and pairings. All excellent, worth trying at least once!

The guys in the room were all very good at making us part of the experience. However, the culinary journey fell short of expectations

Excellent restaurant; compared to other Michelins I noticed that some flavors were a bit classic and obvious... the ragù, the meat... I instead appreciated some dishes that had something original, like the ravioli that tasted like "spaghetti with clams" or, or the square of squid, or even the carrot with fish inside which was very good. Even the desserts I must say had flavors I had never tried before. I didn't like the appetizers, the lasagna donut, the cacio e pepe mussels, the noodles or the rose cake (too much butter!). Furthermore, the bathroom was quite dirty and there was even a sink completely clogged with stagnant dirty water, things that should not be seen in a restaurant of this level, in my opinion.

This one Michelin-starred contemporary Italian restaurant offers two tasting menu options. The first is the historical and classic “Riflesso,” designed to evoke memories of tastes through its evocative dishes. The second, created more recently, offers unusual and sometimes astonishing pairings that require careful attention to appreciate the balance of flavors. This menu, called “Riflessioni,” invites diners to think and reflect on the dishes. Although it was our first visit, we opted for “Riflessioni” and were delighted by the experience. I won’t give too much away, as this journey is best approached with an open mind. Suffice it to say, it was an amazing culinary adventure, complemented by impeccable wine pairings known as “Immersioni,” which consistently enhanced the food. The service was of very high standards, managing to be attentive without being overly formal. The ambiance was a bit lively that night, but it never detracted from our experience. For the type of restaurant it is, I would rate it 4.7 out of 5. An experience worth trying, whether once or many times.
