Positive experience, the cuisine offered is fun and playful, this is the common thread that also extends into the aesthetic part of the restaurant, a mix of styles, different wall colors, frescoes, sculptures, a 360° experience. Each dish was a surprise, perfectly cooked and great skill in working with the raw materials, the caramelized onion version was excellent, definitely worth returning

Terrific and unique experience! A constant alternation between what reminds you of the familiarity of tradition and surprising discoveries linked to their experiments and combinations. If the experiential journey wasn't enough, I would like to award the honorable mention reserved for the wonderful staff, capable of accompanying you throughout the entire journey. Their role is essential to allow you to grasp and understand what is happening and allow you to stop and reflect on the hidden aspects and refinement of what you taste and enjoy from the smallest taste to the entire course. Excellent offer also for the wine list, I highly recommend trusting the route they will choose for you. We'll have to come back to discover the other proposal too. Really curious

Truly a once in a lifetime experience. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and kind, interior was impeccable and food was out of this world. The way every dish is so well crafted and detailed and encourage the guests to interact and think about the meaning behind the experience is incredible. Every single detail is thought of. If you are looking for a fine dining experience in Milan you definitely have found the most incredible place with Contraste.

The service was incredible and the ambience was modern, chic and clean. The food however didn’t live up to the expectations and the taste felt a bit lackluster. Apart from the first dish, none of them had a back story or context of inspiration. We took the initiative to inquire about the chefs to find out more. Loved the desert and the rose cake at the end.

Creativity and play at the service of the kitchen: this is how I can summarize this experience at Contraste. We dined with the Riflesso menu, the modern reinterpretation of traditional Italian dishes. Explosion of tastes, games of contrasts between flavours, textures and shapes. I won't explain the dishes because I would ruin the game which I recommend experiencing first hand. Recommended at least once in a lifetime, given the price of the experience. But it's okay!! Impeccable service.

Location recently renovated internally, colourful, sophisticated but not necessarily formal and very well looked after; truly pleasant and relaxing environment and atmosphere (from the furnishings to the choice of music) Impeccable service and presence; all the young staff who accompanied us along the route were courteous, professional and attentive. A special thanks to Janira, a prominent personality in the room and truly welcome (taking nothing away from all the others who were truly impeccable!) We opted for the "reflex" tasting menu with, as an accompaniment, a 5-glass wine tasting What can I say, tasty dishes, thought out and taken care of in every detail Glasses designed and paired perfectly (the option of being able to do a tasting in combination with the menu of 3.5 or 7 glasses is very welcome) A special thank you for being able to make me live this experience despite my food intolerances and restrictions It's difficult to comment on the best or favorite course, especially as you don't want to "spoil" anyone who hasn't been able to enjoy it yet! (Not knowing what you are going to eat is an integral part of the experience itself) Overall definitely an experience, more than a dinner! Thank you also for the special attention shown for our special occasion We will definitely be back!

Un'esperienza sublime: locale rifatto da un anno sembra di entrare in una tavolozza di un pittore, personale giovane ma molto molto professionale e mai invadente e sempre con il sorrriso. Il cibo: veramente un contraste e a dir poco strepitoso. Ottimo il vino. CONSIGLIATISSIMO E OVVIAMENTE CI TORNEREMO.

Everything was really fantastic, we will definitely be back, it was a stratospheric trip, the guys in a poetic way make you dream about each course, describing it maniacally and playing around with some dishes, everything was really excellent, very good

Un pranzo perfetto dall'inizio alla fine, abbiamo optato per il menù Riflessi, una sorta di gioco. I piatti erano perfetti, squisiti e stupendi come le stoviglie e la location appena messa a nuovo. Da pelle d'oca gli "iconici" dello chef Perdomo, ravioli ripieni di spaghetti alle vongole, cozze Cacio e pepe...woww... Ma tutto era woww... Complimenti anche allo staff, un servizio impeccabile... Il conto? Io qua valuto tutto il contesto quindi l'esperienza, e devo dire che almeno una volta nella vita ne vale davvero la pena. Complimenti ragazzi.
