If you walk from Castel Sant'Angelo towards Ottaviano, you might come across a heart of seasonal vegetables. Here, then, stop. The menu is homemade and seasonal, made up of espresso first courses, frize, extracts, salads, great Roman classics, chocolate and hazelnut chunks, vegetables from their garden, and first of all... the best tomato pasta from Rome ( try it to believe it!). A discovery that left me astounded! It's thanks to a friend who, working in the area, convinced me to go there. Well, you know that in the city of Rome, finding good places in the center has now become difficult, however in the grip of the tourist trap. But this place, despite being located near one of the most famous tourist attractions in the world, S. Pietro and therefore a tourist area, is considered Excellent in my opinion! The food is delicious, the staff is extremely efficient, the place is a bit small with just a few tables, but it's not a restaurant and what they do is give their best. My three stars for the ambience must not lead you astray, be careful: the place is a bistro where you can choose from the open counter, to take the food away or sit down, with the luck of finding a seat but usually avoiding the office break times can always be found, and even served! YES it's true, they bring them what you chose to eat, it's their policy to distinguish themselves from others, nice choice and very good! Go there and you won't regret your choice of Alduccio.

Unfortunately I didn't eat in this place but I came back quickly to ask for the toilets! Super nice, they accepted with a big smile!

Ottimi contorni di verdure fresche squisite, con primi o secondi. Dolci buonissimi. Entri in un negozio di frutta e verdura e trovi ragazzi giovani, gentili e professionali. Oltre a riempire bene la pancia è un pieno di buone speranze.

Lugar perfecto para comer, fresco y tan amable! Muchas opciones de proteínas, verduras y almidones. Todo delicioso. Fácil derecho fuera del Vaticano y muy razonable.

Wonderful boutique size indoor cafe/restaurant. No Internet or seating outside (lunchtime)but still. Come for the good food and reasonable prices.
