Impeccable dinner for two, fast and attentive service. The cutlet was excellent, but the risotto and ossobuco were equally delicious, with a delicious appetizer. The wines were excellent. Worth a stop. Prices are in line.

Cuttoletto was very good and juicy, although it wasn’t your typical Milanese cuttoletto. Pork was used and portion was absolutely huge, with good value for price. Gnocchi was presented very well, and was also good, but nothing special.

Milanesa steak is amazing, and so are the BBQ ribs, but there are also vegetarian options in the menue make sure.you reserve it gets busy.

We chose it because it was close to our hotel and it turned out to be one of the best places in Milan to make cotoletta alla Milanese. The meat was about the size of an average serving platter. There's an English menu, and the staff speaks English. We were also pleased with the friendly service.

No need to go on, go there and you won't regret it because you'll eat one of the best cutlets in Milan in terms of quality and quantity. Fun atmosphere, friendly service, fair prices (for Milan).

Simone Rugiati rated the Consortium's cutlet as the fifth in Milan, but for me it's the best, and the fact that it's pork doesn't diminish it at all—quite the opposite. The cutlet is incredibly crispy, without a trace of grease, and has that hint of originality provided by the orange zest in the breading. If I had to find a flaw, the service was too fast to accommodate everyone.

31/12/2025: It's a welcoming place to eat with friends and on a budget. The all-you-can-eat menu offers a good quality meal at a very reasonable price. There are no gimmicks that can drive up the price.
