Lots of surprises in the doughs: beetroot, spinach, charcoal. Excellent flavor combinations, and then the idea of ​​eating as many savory dishes as you want, always hot and steaming, and then you say Enough!!!! 09/03/2026: The tasting menu for €60 featured good ingredients, good appetizers, but the risotto was overcooked, almost inedible. The main course was good but poorly presented, and it looked like the one you get at the restaurant. Dessert was a good sorbet, and the wine and coffee were good, but they were paid for separately. I had higher expectations for a €60 menu and for this type of place. I won't be returning.
