Una certezza nel mutevole panorama romano. I pilastri del menu: le paste - ripiene e no - rigorosamente fatte a mano, in vetrina, il brodo, i bolliti, il particolarissimo giambonetto, i dolci fatti in casa. Con tutte le variazioni stagionali del caso. Fantastico

Great food, cozy digs, there's a reason there's a wait list. I was hoping for a bit more flavor from the spinach lasagna (only available Fridays and Saturdays), but I would still return to try something else on the menu. My partner enjoyed hers, though. Dessert was nice!

Definitely my favourite restaurant in Rome. Every single dish is delicious, from the fresh made pasta to the slow cooked veil and the desserts. The staff is always welcoming, even if it is quite difficult to get a table. I make a reservation for the next time every time I visit. Call them a couple weeks in advance to book your table!!!

What a lovely place. And what fantastic food. And then the host. It was a treat to eat here. Recommend everyone to make a reservation. We had not done so and had to wait for half an hour. Luckily, we managed to get a table, but everyone should make a reservation. The pasta is delicious. We did pasta as Primi and Secondi and then shared. So, four kinds of pasta could taste equally delicious. :) and even found a hole for a nice dessert.
