Colline Emiliane In Roma

We really enjoyed this place. Food was fantastic. Service was great. Location was nice. It is hard to get into this place. It is small and where the locals go for fine food at affordable prices. I would definitely recommend this place.

A little restaurant offering a variety of delicious antipasto and pasta dishes, as well as meat and seafood mains. I particularly recommend the traditional Ragu, which was plentiful in size and extremely high quality.

Our family was in Italy for 10 days, and here is our list of best restaurants (of the places we went, of course). 1st - Colline Emiliane – Rome The pasta dishes here are incredible and our entire family agreed it was the best meal of our trip. Dessert is an important consideration to our family, and Colline Emiliane didn’t disappoint with how you finish the meal. Based on dishes we had (we ordered 5 pasta dishes to share between the 4 of us), we would give Colline Emilane 4.9/5.0. 2nd – Osteria Vecchio Vicolo – Florence 2nd – al42 by Pasta Chef rione Monti – Rome We couldn’t choose our second favorite restaurant, but since they are in different cities we think it is fair to give them a tie. Once again, our choice is based on the pasta (a theme with our family) dishes at each restaurant. For Rome, we would definitely suggest al42 over some of the places (like Tonarello, which we also went to) that have massive numbers of reviews. It isn’t fancy but the food is amazing and the people who work there make you feel welcome and go out of there way to make sure you enjoy your meal (they don’t wait on you at the table per se, but they were attentive and made sure you had everything you needed). Osteria Vecchio Vicolo in Florence is also a fantastic place, and we highly recommend it. Once again, not as fancy as other places we went but the food was as good as the most expensive restaurants. This is another place where you shouldn’t skip dessert – the desserts aren’t as big as we would like (we are Americans who love our sugar) but they are really good. 3rd (or 4th depending on what you do with the tie) – Trattoria Dall’Oste Amazing steak, great sides, and nice setting. Our primary complaint is that the desserts were average. But if you don’t have a sweet tooth like our family, then you will be perfectly satisfied.

Comfortable and quiet place. The food is good, especially the ricotta and spinach ravioli and the fettuccine.

Excellent cuisine! The food is divine, the pasta delicious and the wines too! You absolutely have to book! The only downside is that too many Americans, we don't have the same taste approaches and seeing people eat this way and drinking wine like Coke and talking very loudly is really unpleasant and I pass on certain lack of knowledge- live 🤨 Too bad!

If I could give the manager 10 stars I would!!! He was amazing. We had some plans fall through last minute and decided to try Colline Emiliane last minute without a reservation. We showed up around 9 and we were lucky we were the first on the waitlist. The manager told us that every night people don’t show up for reservations and if we were lucky we’d get seated. He kept checking on us every few minutes and made us feel so included and cared for. We waited about 35 mins. The pasta was worth the wait, and the zabaoine shouldn’t be missed. This place is a wonderful addition to any Rome trip.

La comida es toda casera y artesanal. Recomiendo las pastas, que las hacen a la vista en el momento. Los raviolis de calabaza y la lasaña verde, estaban riquísimos. De postre pedimos tiramisú y lemonpie. Todo super rico. Lo recomiendo

Llevo casi 2 semanas por Italia y este es el mejor restaurante en que hemos comido, buen ambiente, buen producto, personal super amable y silencioso, se respiraba una tranquilidad increíble, y hemos podido disfrutar de una pasta artesana hecha por ellos, unas carnes buenísimas, unas albóndigas rebozadas que estaban increíbles y una tarta de crema con fresitas muy buena también. Recomendado al 100%
