Maíz is a real discovery! The restaurant has a welcoming and refined atmosphere, with an authentic touch that makes you feel right at home. The dishes are delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients and flavors that evoke tradition in a modern and creative way.

The food was delicious, but we found it expensive for the portion sizes. The staff was very friendly throughout our visit. The only downside was the lack of a restroom.

Delicious, truly!
The staff was super friendly and helpful, even explaining the dishes, which were served hot and with fresh ingredients!
It was my first time at Venezuelan, and they made me fall in love with it. Congratulations!
You eat on stools, but it's so good, I'd even eat it standing up against a wall!

All naturally gluten-free and absolutely delicious!
This unassuming little place has really excellent food and warm, friendly service. We had vegan arepas (plantain, avocado, salsa, black beans) and they were great. There are lots of meat options too. Warm and restorative!
It has about 12 seats. High stalls on benches. It was very clean, neat and pleasant. You can order from a digital screen with the menu available in several languages.
It’s also only 5 minute’s walk from a totally
GF bakery that services fresh pastries.

The food is good, but nothing exceptional. The empanadas and cachapa are quite greasy, though.

The place is easy to find; it's quite small, but they specialize in takeout. However, there are several seats inside for dine-in.
The menu is very inviting, and the dishes we tried were truly delicious; the portions were just right!
It's a real shame to only have one stomach instead of four like a cow; I would have eaten more if I could!
