Civico 7 In Salò

This restaurant is absolutely amazing, if you needed another reason to visit the beautiful Salo it would be dinner at Civico7. We were here once before 5 years ago and were absolutely thrilled, the expectations were correspondingly high this time - in addition to the joy that this jewel had survived the difficult Corona years. We find the combination of top gastronomy with pleasant, natural friendliness and attentive service very pleasant. This time there was even a glass of Prosecco as a greeting from the kitchen; we still had fond memories of the homemade bread and Grisini. You can't really go wrong with the menu here, whatever we ordered during our four visits was a pleasure - you simply pick the four dishes from the antipasti/primi/secondi menu that appeal to you the most. Wine accompaniment is highly recommended and rather cheap at €25/4 glasses. If you order one of the delicious desserts, please remember to leave a little place in your stomach for the final dessert greeting from the kitchen. For around €160 we had a completely successful and enjoyable evening and would happily come back here.

During our stay in Salò we were advised to go and eat at number 7, we tried the tasting menu with the wine pairing. Because we couldn't decide on the dishes. I can speak positively about both the dishes (we tried an appetizer, two first courses and a second course.) What about the wines, it was pleasant how the staff described the wines to us and explained the combination! Plus a really positive note for the staff who really deserve it, kind people who welcomed us and made us feel at ease and in a truly comfortable environment! Super recommended place!

Very good food! Different dishes than usual. Extremely friendly service, nice atmosphere. I can only recommend it. We'd love to come back.

A gourmet restaurant in the middle of the old town of Salo, not far from the cathedral. My recommendation: The 4- or 7-course tasting menu with wine accompaniment. The dishes were delicious, as was the wine. The chef is the owner of the restaurant and cooks with passion for his guests. His wife and the staff are warm and professional in service. Reservation is recommended.

Cute restaurant - came here because of the great reviews. Service was generous and kind. While it doesn’t feel like a tourist trap, the food was underwhelming. No spice and minimal seasoning, I think it is catered toward an older demographic. Overall the food is fine but not inspiring.

Simply the best restaurant in the whole of Lake Garda. You must make this your best night in Salo. It’s Michelin star quality food with every mouthful an interesting and tasty experience. We loved every moment with wine pairing for all the dishes. I’m not usually a dessert person but the Pineapple soaked in Sambuca with ice cream and salted caramel blew my mind! An explosion of flavours in my mouth. Incredible service as well, you could not ask for more!

È un piccolo ambiente nei pressi del meraviglioso Duomo di Salò. Raffinato, accoglienza piacevolissima. Chiesto il menù degustazione molto buono. Il prezzo è accettabile in relazione al servizio.
