Pleasant experience in the historic center of Perugia. Not a typical Umbrian cuisine but a melting pot of various Italian regions. Absolutely worth trying. Very kind staff, available for menu and wine recommendations. Cellar more than stocked.

How lucky to have discovered you! We had been recommended another place for dinner, one of the most approved, also among the reviews... but I'm very happy to have looked elsewhere and discovered you: the cuisine really deserves 5 stars!
We took a stuffed pigeon with roast potatoes and a crusted pork neck on mustard cream. We would have gladly done an encore, they were spectacular! All excellent and delicious.
I hope to return to Perugia to try your cuisine again 😄

Excellent food, good selection of wines although all expensive (nothing under 25 euros). If I have to be honest, the cost of the dishes is more like that of central Milan than Perugia but the quality is good.

We’ve been to Civico 25 several times but the service was off this time. We got 1 pasta dish and waited 40 minutes for the second one; we gave up waiting and left because we had tickets for a concert and couldn’t wait any longer. The manager said it was a busy night-it was-but guests who came in after us got their meals before we did. We really love this restaurant so will give it another try.

Locale molto carino con piatti molto interessanti.
Abbiamo preso il baccalà mantecato e un insalata di puntarelle, entrambi i piatti molto buoni.
A seguire un buonissimo brasato con pure di patate.
Per finire una mousse di nocciole con crema al caffè e meringhe.
Veramente tutto ottimo!

Siamo stati a cena in questo locale davvero molto caldo ed accogliente. Servizio veloce e camerieri gentili. Abbiamo ordinato 2 primi, 3 secondi, una bottiglia di vino e 3 dolci per un totale di 150 euro.
I primi e i secondi molto buoni, consiglio gli strangozzi ai carciofi e uovo marinato davvero squisiti. Il dolce non al livello dei primi piatti, ma comunque discreto. Ci tornerei volentieri
