A gem of a place. The atmosphere is unique, informal yet elegant. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable.

The location is only accessible on foot, but it offers a view of Via della Viola, known as the artists' street, one of Perugia's most beautiful streets.
The restaurant isn't large, but it makes up for it with excellent cuisine and excellent service, plus the wine list is truly extensive.
In my opinion, you can either opt for a full dinner, as I did—and I must say that all the dishes were exceptional—or enjoy an excellent wine tasting and typical Umbrian platters.
Congratulations, I'll definitely be back.

In Umbria, to date, it's my favorite restaurant. I spent a ten-day vacation there, and I wanted to return because I would have regretted going home without a second visit and other dishes. I recommend booking because the good food is rightfully in high demand. The quality/price ratio is incredible for the food; in Milan, a place like this would cost at least 30% more. The place is a bit chaotic, but only because they work so hard and well. Regardless, despite the time and the amount of work they have to do, they are always courteous and friendly. I had a great time and I thank them for how much they made me feel at home. Congratulations!!!

One of the best restaurants I've ever been to, with a limited but carefully prepared menu. All the staff were friendly. I recommend both the Italian-style sashimi (tuna) and the capocollo en crosta.

We absolutely loved this part of Perugia. I think it's my favourite alley all in all. The vibe was great and then walking ahead, you see Civico25 which had such good energy, great service, great food, amazing wine. It was the best part of our trip to Perugia. The baccalà mantecato, strangozzi and osso bucco were excellent.

Ho letto del locale su un blog dedicato a Perugia, lo descrivevano come locale molto caratteristico, con buona scelta di vini e piatti tipici. Confermo tutto! Il locale si trova nel centro storico di Perugia, è piccolo perciò consiglio la prenotazione.
Noi ci siamo limitate a un piatto a testa perché non particolarmente affamate: la mia amica ha preso il gulash con il puré e l’ha trovato ottimo, carne tenera e molto buona; io ho preso gli strangozzi (tipica pasta lunga umbra, simile ai pici) con fave, pecorino e pancetta… squisiti! Porzioni abbondanti, perciò non ci è stato il dolce ma ce n’erano di invitanti.
