Intimate and welcoming place. Very kind and helpful staff. The wine list is excellent. Good dishes but some things lack a bit of character but this is always a matter of taste. Try the crusted capocollo. Average high price.

Hidden in an alley of the city. We went to the shop without a reservation and we were seated in 15 minutes. We sat on the upper floor of the shop. The girl who served us was very helpful. We ordered a platter of cheeses, gnocchi and guinea fowl which I tried for the first time and I really liked it and for a sweet souffle. All the dishes were excellent.

Ho letto del locale su un blog dedicato a Perugia, lo descrivevano come locale molto caratteristico, con buona scelta di vini e piatti tipici. Confermo tutto! Il locale si trova nel centro storico di Perugia, è piccolo perciò consiglio la prenotazione.
Noi ci siamo limitate a un piatto a testa perché non particolarmente affamate: la mia amica ha preso il gulash con il puré e l’ha trovato ottimo, carne tenera e molto buona; io ho preso gli strangozzi (tipica pasta lunga umbra, simile ai pici) con fave, pecorino e pancetta… squisiti! Porzioni abbondanti, perciò non ci è stato il dolce ma ce n’erano di invitanti.

Locale piccolino vicinissimo al centro di Perugia.
Iniziamo con un uovo strapazzato al tartufo e un crostino con patè di fegato e cipolle in agrodolce, entrambi molto apprezzati.
Seguono gli strangozzi ai finferli, buoni e la zuppa di cipolle, discreta.
La cosa più apprezzata i calici di Muller Thurgau e Sagrantino e gli amari.
Ottanta euro in due.
