If I could, I'd give it more than 5 stars! We found Number 20 by chance while looking for somewhere to eat in Roccascalegna, and it was a pleasant surprise. The staff, their kindness, their attention to detail, and the deliciousness of every dish mean we'll be returning to Roccascalegna soon to eat here again, where we felt so pampered and at home. The food is exquisite, from appetizers to dessert—they never fail.

We chose this place based on the reviews, and it was the best choice. We organized lunch for a group of 20 on the veranda overlooking the castle. Everything was perfect; the menu selection and the products offered were excellent. Among us was even a celiac who said the food was divine. The staff was super helpful with every request. We will definitely be back.

Yesterday we went to Civico 20. We had a wonderful welcome, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was excellent. They have vegetarian options that are hard to find in the area, and everything was delicious. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Very nice little restaurant with a beautiful view of the castle. They have a small vegan menu, which we were very grateful for!! Both the service and the friendliness were excellent!

Amazing food. We had the pasta and tiramisù, and both were the best I've ever had (I've had many). Incredible taste. It's a mix of well preserved tradition, high quality ingredients and a chef who knows what they're doing. Only drawback was the music, which was five songs playing on replay, resulting in the same songs passing three of four times during our meal. A quick fix I suppose :).

A restaurant in the heart of the village. Nicely air-conditioned indoor and outdoor dining areas. The food is good, especially the farmer's soup (I don't remember if that's what it was actually called) was delicious. The waiters are friendly, but the owner is a bit hostile, making customers feel uncomfortable. The prices are a bit steep.

Nel bellissimo borgo di Roccascalegna, ai piedi del castello si trova questo ristorante, con cucina genuina, piatti semplici, ma molto buoni. Il locale dispone di tavoli esterni e con le belle giornate e’ un piacere mangiare ammirando il castello. Il menù dispone di scelta con opzioni vegetariane e vegane, risulta nei locali con marchio vegan certificato.

Tuvimos el mejor momento de nuestras vidas en Abruzos y Roccascalegna. En el corazón de nuestra visita fue la cálida bienvenida que recibimos en Civico 20 por Valentina y Nico. Hicimos pasta a mano. Caminamos hasta el castillo medieval. Bebimos vino local. Nos reímos mucho. Comimos la comida más deliciosa hecha por el chef Nico. Bebimos café expreso en la plaza cercana con la hermosa gente local. La vista panorámica era increíble. Sin duda volveremos a esta auténtica experiencia italiana.

Everything is very authentic and traditional, and that's precisely what makes it special. It should be noted that, due to the stable, there may be a slightly unpleasant odor, but that's part of immersing yourself in a truly rural setting. The only small flaw is the entrance, which is a bit abrupt and not very convenient, being right off the road. Overall, a place I recommend to those seeking authenticity, good food, and a genuine experience of country life.
