Optimal. But I can't give 5 stars. The service is very slow. The environment is 3 stars. However, I recommend it for an evening in Palermo with friends to eat fantastic appetizers served on a platter.

We went to this little place in the center of Palermo last night and ate very well. Among the appetizers there were exceptional bruschettas with red prawns from Mazara! Friendly staff and fast service, congratulations!

We stayed in Palermo for 4 days and ate 3 times in this restaurant. Delicious food from starter to dessert. Two highly recommended: the octopus sandwich and the tuna, almond and pistachio pesto gnocchi. Professional, kind and friendly staff. We had a great time! I would absolutely go back

Happy ci sta tutto. Un aperitivo sfizioso, ma bello carico. Due ottime birre, un Happy Fish carico così come il panino con pesce spada fritto e melanzane. Personale gentile e disponibile. Posto affascinante, bordo passeggiata in via maqueda.

Se volete provare un panino col pesce davvero squisito ,con materie prime di alta qualità in pieno centro a Palermo questo posto fa per voi!personale gentile che vi saprà consigliare senza essere invadente ,una menzione d'onore alla bruscetta con gambero crudo e burrata ,esperienza indimenticabile....

21/07/2024: Top service (super kind and prepared), very high prices, not justified by the flavor of the dishes, which, on the other hand, have a magnificent presentation. Excellent for a romantic dinner, but not for a gastronomic itinerary. During the day they cannot cool the room enough. The crustaceans in the aquarium seemed not alive, unlike other restaurants with hatcheries... There was a lot of crustacean meat in my dish, but indeed, it was not very tasty. The personal towels in the bathroom were much appreciated, very useful after eating shellfish.

15/08/2024: Let's start with the staff on duty on August 14th, helpful and smiling, a pleasure to be at the table, pizzas what can I say, the Di Giovanni brothers are a Palermo certainty, wonderful dough and truly quality ingredients, nothing excessive or snooty, real, good pizza , cooked in wood. Overall, highly recommended.
05/08/2024: For me, who have been going there for over 20 years, it is THE REAL PIZZERIA. The only place in Palermo where you can still feel the true atmosphere of the "traditional Pizzerias". Superlative pizza (it was difficult but it has also improved over the years), excellent dough, very digestible and with very honest prices. Kind, courteous, thoughtful and above all "historic" staff, a sign of seriousness and goodness in management by the owners. Great advice
